Teju it was not his NKK chanting character in DBO that we are puzzled about but the fact that he mentioned that he cannot see a 'future with her' and her as the "Mother of his children".
Pearl that's what... We all are confused with thsi behaviour of Shivay... But der are many saying on forum whatever shivay says in DBO is not imp.. how..? I just don't get it.. Shivay is same character na both in IB n DBO.. ?
We and Annika, both know, that the NKK SSO is still very much alive inside even though he has stopped using the term like a common everyday word in his many conversations around Annika.

The day he stopped her from breaking the glass and saving Robin was the day he told her about his plan and maybe they shared their individual plans (including ML) and decided to work together on their drive back from there. He knew about 65 Gulmohar Place and Robin much before her and all the while he was just going along with her act so that she would not mess his plans. If Robin is saved right now then he does not get the chip so the wedding has to happen at any cost.
He tried with Romi as we know and failed. In fact Mrs. k is now all the more alert that he is tying to squirm out of the wedding.
On the wedding day when he is putting the MS around Annika neck, I feel she is sad because he is going to take a big risk with his life when he swaps places with Robin,either by taking his place at 65 Gulmohar or something else. She looks like she is trying to convince him to change his mind about that risk and looks worried but he says that "it is too late now" because maybe he has made up his mind that he is not losing Annika at any cost.
So now all the Bro's and Anni are in on the same plan and working together. The MFNP looks more and more like a married couple just teasing each other - that is all.
The wedding is set up to get the chip as well as reveal Tia. Somehow Groom swap is done maybe with either a sehera or lights going out just as the MS and sindoor have to be put and the phera's are done. So technically Robin marries Tia as he never ever liked this plan to fool Shivvay.
Mrs. k hands the chip over and tada!!! Robin reveals that he married Tia - not Shivvay and that he is the father of the child.
