So I just (kinda) did catch up on the last week of shows, and what stands out is that for the longest time recently, the show has been mostly about Shivaay and Anika and the crazy villains. Is that because they have been planning a different show for Om and Rudra? All I can say is:

BUT WHY??!!!!

The whole beauty of this show was the three brothers! Why, why, why are they splitting it up?? And in the split up, does that mean we don't get Om-Rudra in this show?? I guess there is a lot of politics involved in such a decision, but I do hope they didn't do it because of fan noise on social media? Who will write the script + stories for the new show? If it's not the same team, how will a new team get the spirit of the Oberoi brothers right??

At the least, I hope they go down to five days a week for both shows, instead of the crazy six days a week that this show runs?

But hey! If they mess it all up, there will less time that I will fanatically devote into watching this show on silent at busy times of my life. There's a positive side to everything! 😆

i expect it to be royally messed up! aparently it is cut even split - kunal will not be seen in IB at all, which to me doesnt make any sense and they are introducing more villans for DBO 😆

some dadi sis crap and rahul dev in cameo as if NB werent enough! trust me i dont expect it to work, the noise on social media will not go down, it will go up as fans will always complain! they also seem to make om a typical ML who will be taught the formula of love by a bhagodhi dulhan! been there, done that formula of gul khan!

i still feel like it is more of a channel decision though as typical OBro stuff dint get trps, only shivika and drama nonsense did and even then they are not that high. so channel must be like f**k obros create another caricature of your love hate story at 10:30 pm till we figure out what show we can launch at that time 😆

which reminds me isnt surbhi jyoti's new show supposed to come at 10:30 pm for starplus? may be dbo is supposed to fill in till that show gets launched and it cant be a weekend show as isnt that time slot reserved for reality shows on weekends?

I'm slow so it just struck me: after standing between the bullet and her, Shivaay has now literally become Anika's great wall of Shivaay, no?

Oh, so is it supposed to be a temporary show?? That makes sense. So they play catch up on all three brother's love stories, and then they go back to the one show format? But which one will remain -- Ishqbaaz which by definition is about the lovers -- or Dil Bole Oberoi which is about the Oberoi... problem? 😆

BTW, another element of parody that struck me just now: Shivaay has just got to be best groomed heart-surgery/bullet-surgery patient, like, EVER! Not a hair is out of place!

So, instead of the great wall of Shivaay, should it just be great wall of Shivaay hair?? 🤣

So did they intend to show Anika's face with growing awareness at the very moment that her tear fell on his face? Has she REALISED THE VALUE OF HER TEARS????!!

In my mind, I was suddenly watching a parallel set of episodes where Anika is suddenly running into every room in this hospital and weeping copiously over every patient, the patients getting up and saying loudly "I am cured!" and paying a ton of money to Anika, who then goes and invests all the money to make an Anika You-don't-need-a-surname Hospital where cures are guaranteed and becomes infinitely more rich than Shivaay and then Pinky goes around with the divorce papers saying "But Shivaay hasn't signed! The marriage is still official! Come to my arms, Anika" and (I HAVE to add this one) where Pinky mom keeps making Shivaay take paternity tests until one shows that he is NOT the father of Tia's child! 😆

Of course, this whole parallel universe show doesn't work if the tears ONLY work on Shivaay. Knowing Anika's bad luck, this will probably be the case.

Darnit!! *Sound of flying-and-breaking phone in the background.*

LMAO🤣 As I said before, Yes she has realized it.. And Now Mrs. BOTY(BusinessMan of the Year) is going to use this amazing business opportunities.. And My Shivaay's shares are going to skyrockets.. Who needs Kapoors ki dealzzz any more 😆 Anika-Shivaay's magical tears are here to save the day again🤣

lmao their tears only work on each other 🤣 inka bad luck hi kharab hai. we also discussed the option of keeping frozen tear cubes with them for.emergenies given how often they areally in need of those tears these days

btw @purple pursuit i am not sure if its temporary or not but surbhi j posted the promo on her insta and it says 10:30 as the time slot! so i thought dbo could run for 2-3 months to make way for that show! also, isnt 1030 for bhutiya and comedy genre 😆 - i dont think any trp topper airs at that time unless i am completely wrong and surbhi's show is bhutiya crime genre types
