Couple of observations actually:

1. Blush

If the reference to blush is bothering her so much and she seems to understand that it's not the same as brush, coz she realises she's doing something without even realising she's doing it, can't she just ask Soumya.

It is not bothering her as much as we think it is ... she is just puzzled that he says she keeps doing it but she has no clue as to what the 'it' is that is all ... she is not overly obsessed or muddled by it. Just like she says all her new words in Hindi to Shivvay and he puzzles over it for a bit, the same way, it is a new word in English for her and she puzzles over it. That is all.
That is, has been and will always be their special connection and private conversation.
Shivvay does not go around asking people what she means by a certain word - he just hears it often enough and figures it out by himself or Annika does the honors and explains. Like the 'michmichi' bit.😆

I don't like the fact that Shivaay is taking the mickey out of Anika, it's like he's making fun of her when he says blush then shows his teeth at the breakfast table.
I do not think he made fun of her, he just loves seeing her blush because you have to admit, as a husband, it is kinda cute and adorable to see her do that. He has never seen Tia blush - she is more like the 'octopus with her many tentacles' ... lol 😆
At the table, he actually made the action of a smile because she smiles a certain smile when she blushes and right enough she did as soon as he told her she was blushing ... I don't think at this stage, now, he would ever make fun of her or demean her ... tease her 'yes' as all husbands do their wives and make them blush or slightly upset of the teasing goes to far but not insult her ...
He enjoys seeing her face light up and glow just by him paying attention to her ... give the man credit for at least understanding that he makes her radiate a certain beauty just by making her feel special. He enjoys seeing her shy.
It means he has started paying very close attention to her and she is very rapidly becoming the 'center of his life'.😊

Truly hope she discovers what blush is soon.

2. English

If Anika doesn't improve her English, it could prove to be a huge stumbling block to the lasting progress of her relationship with Shivaay.
Why?? Anyone can learn a language or social graces?? That is the easiest thing in the world to do. But to learn love, honesty, loyalty and true patience with ones relationships is something that is harder. Annika already has inner beauty that Shivvay is drawn to even without her trying to lure or entice him.
Tia has all that Shivvay listed he wanted his wife to have to be an Oberoi to the world. When did he ever make her anything for breakfast or even buy her a gift?? And mind you she is the one apparently pregnant with his child, the blue blooded Oberoi heir... lol😆
English, dress sense, social graces etc are superficial things that any husband can teach or train a wife in if they are good life partners. It is the person inside and under those superficial things that matters when you are in trouble and need someone to have your back.

I hope she figures this out. Or at least after she recovers from the embarrassment of blush-brush, she will tell herself "Shivaay's not getting the better of me anymore" and start some online English Language course or at least start listening to those language tapes that teach basic communication of a foreign language.

But why??? ... I love that Shivvay does the 'blush' thing only in private. It is because he is a fiercely possessive man even where his private moments, teasing, flirting and conversations with Annika are concerned. I would prefer, in fact in the near future, that he does make her blush one day and just turn her to face the mirror gently to learn what he means while he wraps his arms around her and rests his chin on her shoulder. Ah! that beats any dictionary in the world.😃
I for one, if I were Shivvay, would love to tease Annika and make her blush as often as I could. She is mine and mine only to tease and flirt with and I am the only one who can make her blush ❤️ so why not??
She called him 'Bhagad Billa' etc etc for the longest time before the man even figured out what it meant - he did not feel he needed to know or learn Hindi so why should she feel that she needs to figure everything out in a few months??
Marriages and partners grow together with love and patience.

I know i'm beginning to sound irrational and I need to chill coz this is just a serial, but no matter how much i love the many things SSO stands for, reliability, loyalty, compassion etc, & the entire Shivika dynamics, I would hate to see Anika, a girl who's lived by her principles and beat the world & lousy odds to be the sweet caring person she is instead of a bitter shriveled up being like the Kapoor vamps, being made to feel small.

She will not shrivel. It is not her personality. She is a born fighter. If I were you I would worry more for Shivvay right now. The poor man has a very bad case of 'Annika- itis' and they say there is no know cure for it yet.
We should fund raise to find the cure for this in his name... lol🤣 🤣

I don't know why people are obsessed with English, Bhai ye sirf ek language hai ksi ke intelligence ya uske class ka paimana(Scale) nahi!
Many people doesn't know English, but it doesn't mean that they are stupid or they don't know how to behave(I know u didn't mean this, I am just saying!)
If Shivay loves her truly then he should accept her the way she is, otherwise GO TO HELL!
And one more thing, even Shivay's Hindi is weak but no one asked him to improve his Hindi then why Anika?
Bcoz English is classy people's language?
