Wahi toh pyaar hai..!!

Annika HAS changed.
I think the chnage in Annika started a long time before she even married Shivvay but we have not noticed it because it has been so gradual. She is not the same Annika she was in the earlier episodes if you notice really close.
When faced with a situation or guests visiting (chabra's for example) you get to see the 'real' Annika if you notice. Gone is the crazy, mouthy, taddibazz girl that we saw who would speak before thinking. She fit in so perfectly with the Oberoi's that she was mistaken for the 'would be Bahu' then.

Now her craziness and Taddi is limited to just when she is with Shivvay or maybe his brothers. As far as I can see Social Graces have already been learnt and English at the end of the day is just a language that can be picked up easily.
As for walking shoulder-to-shoulder with Shivvay, I do not think Annika lacks in anyway. Her confidence in who she is, her self-respect at what she is (all of her own learning) and her whole outlook of not feeling inferior to anyone, no matter their education, social standard or wealth is something that is fantastic. That is what you need to be an Oberoi bahu and that has to be in born not learnt

From the very beginning she spoke to Shivvay 'one-on-one' as equals. She never EVER felt inferior to him or anyone esle, including Tia, in the house even when Tia insulted her about her middle class language.
She is fiercely proud of who she is and how she is and is very comfortable in her skin. She will learn as she has over time with the Oberoi's and I am sure Shivvay will be there to guide her as well.

Its just a tease thing.. Anika can take some english speaking courses , there s no harm in it .
when Anika figures out the meaning of blush, she will surely blush more
