Part 17

Ishana and Somya reached hostel and saw Anika lying on her bed looking lost.

Ishana: oyye kidhar gayi thi? (acting to be normal)

Anika: arre woh kuch kaam se bahar gayi thi. tum log kaha gaye the?

Somya: mein Rudra k saath thi.

Ishana: aur mein Om.

Anika gave a faint smile n again laid on her bed.

Ishana: Annu?

Somya: Isshu abhi nahi.

Anika: haa?

Ishana: thaki huyi lag rahi hy..kya hua?

Anika: Isshu actually..mein aaj Shivaay sir se milne gayi thi..unhone hi call kiya tha..woh Drashti ma'am..

Somya: Annu, hum..hum..sab..

Ishana: hum sab jaante hai. hum wohi the. We heard your conversation.

Anika: what?

Ishana: Rudra aur Somya wohi the. aur meine tumhara picha kiya Om k saath.

Anika: picha?

Ishana: haa, qki mere mana karne k baad bhi tu Shivaay sir se mili..isliye..m sorry..

Anika: it's okk..mujhe bas bahot ajib lag raha hai..Drashti ma'am k saath joh hua woh...

Ishana: I know..bahot bura lag raha hai.

Somya: we need to help her. pr ase k unhe pata na chale k hum sab jaante hai.

Ishana: exactly!!

Anika: hume?

Ishana: even we are gonna help her. woh akeli nahi hai. hum sab, mein, tu, Shivaay sir, Om, Rudra aur Somya sab unke saath hai.

Anika hugged Somya and Ishana n cried.

It had been a week since that incident. Today was Drashti's lec.

Anika looked nervous.

All had already entered classroom and were sitting together doing tp chatting discussing. While AnIshKaRuMya were waiting for Drashti to enter. In few mins Drashti entered her class with same smile of hers.

D: good morning class..

All: good morning ma'am.

Daksh: ma'am?

D: yes Daksh?

Daksh: you are looking beautiful. absolutely gorgeous.

D: thankyou.

Daksh: haaye..

D rolled her eyes n started to teach.

As soon as the lec got over, Anika saw Shivaay was waiting outside, waiting for Drashti to end her lec. n her guess was right. as soon as the lec got over, Drashti left with Shivaay.

Ishana: yaar..ma'am kitne acche se apna darr aur dard chupa leti hai. kon kahega k woh itni darri hui hai?

Rudra: exactly.

Anika: chalo, canteen chalte hai.

All of them left.

Rudra: guys, mein shayad apna mob classroom me chod aaya hu, mein aata hu tum sab aage jao.

Rudra went inside their classroom n his mob was on the bench, he quickly took it n left the classroom, when he was returning he saw Drashti running in the campus crying n followed her.

Drashti was standing inside an empty classroom n crying. Rudra reached there n saw her. Drashti turned n saw him n tried to wipe her tears. Rudra went near her.

Rudra: ma'am, kya hua? aap ro kyu rahi hai?

D: kuch nai..bas asehi..

Rudra: ma'am, u can share with me.

D: awww!! I wished. pr asa kuch hai hi nahi share karne ko..come let's leave.

Drashti turned to leave when Rudra stopped her n took her in a hug. Drashti at first got shocked n tried to push him away, but his reply made her hug him back n she cried her hurt out..

Rudra: meri daadi kehti hai jab bhi koi insaan tension me ho aur usse koi baat sata rahi ho joh woh kisi k saath bhi share nahi kar sakta toh usse bas ek hug karo. uske liye woh hug hi ek support system ban jata hai. phir chahe woh insaan sab bataye na bataye, aap ne usse lite few karaya hai, woh insaan thode der k liye kyu na sahi apne tension, dukh, dard sab bhul jaata hai. I hope ma'am aapko bhi accha lag raha hai.

Drashti: yes..thankyou Rudra..I needed this. thankyou so much.

Rudra smiled n patted her head in a sweet way.

Drashti wiped her tears away n apologised to Rudra for spoiling his white shirt with her tears n kajal, Rudra smiled and walked with her till the main entrance. Shivaay was waiting there. Looking at her, Shivaay understood that she had cried. He looked at Rudra n gave him a smile. Rudra smiled back n left from there.

Rudra reached canteen n saw his gang waiting for him.

Somya: kaha the.? ek min, tumhara shirt kharab kse hua? yeh daag kajal ka hy na? kya hua Rudra?

Rudra told them everything.

Ishana: ro rahi thi? kyu?

Rudra: pata nahi..

Somya: woh theek toh thi na?

Rudra: haa..baad mein shaant ho gayi aur Shivaay sir k saath chali gayi.

Anika quietly stood up and called Shivaay.

Shivaay: haa bolo..

Anika: Ma'am ksi hy? Rudra bataa raha tha k woh ro rahi thi..

Shivaay: kuch nahi..woh usse purani yaade yaad aa gayi n she wanted to be alone.

Anika: Oh..she is fine..right?

Shivaay: yes.

Anika: okay.

Shivaay: hmm

Anika: theek hai phir mein rakhti hu.

Shivaay: Anika?

Anika: jii?

Shivaay: let's meet. coffee pine chalte hai.

Anika: okay. mein Ishana aur baaki

Shivaay: Anika, what I meant was just the two of us.

Anika was shocked and she blushed.

Anika: okay.

Shivaay: meet me outside colg by 5.

Anika: okay. byee

Shivaay: byee.

Shivaay turned and saw Pinky smiling at him.

Shivaay: kya hua maa?

Pinky: mera beta date pr jaa raha hai..isliye mein aaj bahot khush hu..

Shivaay: kya maa..

Pinky went n hugged her son.

Pinky: aaj usse propose kar de.

Shivaay: mom!!! kya aap..mujhe late ho raha hai, mein nikal raha hu.

Pinky: 2 hi baj rahe hai. date 5 baje hai. toh late kis baat ka?

Shivaay: mein sona chahta hu. aap jayiye.

Pinky kissed his forehead n left from there. Shivaay smiled n laid on his bed and closed his eyes.

Ishana was sitting alone. Sameer, one of her classmate came n sat beside her.

Sameer: hi Ishana.

Ishana: hii..kya hua?

Sameer: umm..Ishana, kya tum mere saath coffee pr chalogi?

Ishana kept looking at him. This guy definitely had guts in him. He had asked her on a date. she thought for a while n was abt to ans when Om came there.

Om: arre Sameer, Monica tujhe dhund rahi hai. jaa jaldi jaa. Bahot gusse me thi. Dekh bhai kya hua hai.

Sameer: kya? pr Ishana..

Ishana: jao jao. hum iske baare me baad me baat karenge.

Sameer left.

Om: kya baate ho rahi thi?

Ishana: arre kuch nahi..mujhe coffee k liye pucha usne.

Om: aur tumne kya kaha?

Ishana: kuch kehne se pehle hi tum aa gaye, kya kehti?

Om: good.

Ishana: tumne kuch kaha?

Om: haa..mein bhi tumse agar yahi puchu toh?

Ishana: yahi matlab? coffee k liye?

Om: haa.

Ishana: tum mujhe chahe joh pucho, mera ans ha hi rahega.

Om: accha? (n came close to her)

Ishana looked at him n shifted back. Om went close to her n Ishana stopped him.

Om: kya hua?

Ishana: yeh..tum..mein..

Om smiled.

Ishana: kya hua? has kyu rahe ho?

Om: qki tum pagaal ho.

Ishana: huh?

Om: 5 baje, colg k bahar. byee...

Ishana: okay..byeee.

Ishana looked confused n suddenly she blushed. she remembered what she had said (tum mujhe chahe joh pucho, mera ans ha hi rahega) n understood that Om was trying to prove her that she couldn't.

Ishana: Yeh Om bhi badi kutti cheez hai. maan gayi. mere liye perfect hai. mein kamini aur yeh mera kulta. chiii..kya ghandhi line thi yeh Isshu..Om ne sunni hoti toh bhaag jaata.

Rudra was sitting outside their campus n saw Somya with Daksh. They were having some funny discussion n suddenly Somya gave a high five to Daksh n both started laughing. Somya was looking really beautiful. Rudra could just keep looking at her like this for the rest of his life. Wait what? what was happening? why the hell he is happy whenever he is with Somya? why does he forgets all his problem when he is with her? why hugging her make him feel warm, loved n protected?

Rudra: kyuki woh teri best friend hai. haa..

He saw Somya rushing n coming in his direction. N before she could happily started her blubbering n chapad chapad chapad in Rudra's language, something happened n Somya stopped dead in her tracks.

Rudra who was ready to hold a hyper Somya was now holding another girl, the girl had clutched Rudra's shirt tightly, her other hand was on his neck. It seemed like the girl was about to fall n Rudra saved her on time.

Somya looked uncomfortable looking at Rudra and the girl lost in each other. She quietly turned n left from there.

Part 18

Rudra made the girl stand n looked up at Somya's direction but she was nowhere. He was about to rush to find her when a soft hand stopped him. He turned n saw the same girl holding his hand.

Girl: thankyou. tum nahi hote toh mein gir jaati.

Rudra: it's ok. tum theek ho. so its completely fine.

Girl smiled.

Girl: umm. hi. Romi.

Rudra: hello. Rudra.

Romi: nice name.

Rudra: thankyou.

Romi: umm. kya tum mujhe admin offi..

Rudra: Romi, umm..kya hum baad me baat kar sakte hai? mujhe kuch imp kaam hai. plzz..sorry..

Saying so Rudra rushed without listening to what Romi was saying.

Rudra ran inside the campus and saw Somya entering hostel n called her.

Somya was shocked to see Rudra calling her.

Somya: Rudra? kya hua?

Rudra: jaha ho wahi se u turn lo n colg k bahar milo.

Somya: kya? kyu?

Rudra: jitna kaha hai utna karo. jaldi aao.

Somya: okay okay. aa rahi hu.

Saying so she disconnected the call and went outside colg.

It was 4:55 pm. Anika was ready and was waiting outside colg for Shivaay, when she saw Ishana coming out lost in her thoughts followed by Somya who looked disturbed and before she could ask her friends, Anika saw Shivaay had reached. And soon OmRu were also there.

Shivaay looked at Anika and asked her to sit in his car when he saw Ishkara and Rumya standing there with Anika. All looking shocked. Shivaay came out of his car and all broke their stare.

Anika: Shivaay meine nahi bulaya in sab ko.

Shivaay: okay..chill!! tum sab?

Ishana: woh Om ne mujhe coffee k liye pucha..

Om gave her a what-the-hell wala look.

Rudra smirked n Shivaay smiled.

Somya: Aur mujhe Rudra ne kaha k colg k bahar milo. Kyu, ussi ko pata.

Rudra who was smirking looked shocked, now Om was smirking and Shivaay rolled his eyes.

Rudra: arre..woh mein bhi Somya k saath ghumna chahta tha.

Shivaay: OKAY!!! ek kaam karte hai, sab saath hi chalte hai.

Anika: haa, chalo.

Shivaay went and sat in the drivers sit n Anika sat besides him. Since it was an Innova Ishana and Omkara sat last and Rumya were sitting in middle. Shivaay started the car and they reached the caf in few mins.

They all sat together (Anika-Shivaay-Rudra-Somya-Omkara-Ishana). They decided what to eat and the guys went to order.

Anika: Isshu,Om ne tujhe date pr pucha??

Ishana: ha naa..

Somya : haa naa? tum theek toh ho na? humesha k tarah excited nahi lag rahi.

Anika: Isshu, sab theek toh hy na?

And before Ishana could ans, the guys came back with their order. As soon as the order was placed on the table Ishana started to eat her burger with extraa cheese n drank her cold coffee.

All saw her n gave her a "dheere" wala look. Ishana smiled n kept on munching her burger.

Rudra: Somya, yeh lo tumhare garlic bread and Pepsi. Somya smiled and started eating.

Rudra was having his protein shake which was luckily there in the cafe.

Shivika were having cappuccino.

Om was having cold coffee.

Ishana looked at Om and before he could understand drank his cold coffee.

All saw her. Rudra gave an irritated look and was about to say something when Somya stopped him.

Anika: Isshu?

Ishana: su? mujhe bahot bhook lagi hai.

Om: mein kuch aur order karu?

Ishana smiled and Anika gave her a murderous look. Ishana stopped smiling. Om saw her and went to give order. Ishana again smiled, this time broadly.

Anika was on the verge of giving Ishana peace of mind but Shivaay stopped her.

Shivaay: Anika, rehene do. Yeh Ishana aur Om k bich ki baat hai. Jab Om ko koi problem nahi toh phir hum kyu bich me padhe? U enjoy. Khamakha jhagda math karo. Have your cappuccino.

Anika sighed n smiled.

Now all the couples started talking.

Rudra: Somya tum ase bich me hi kaha chali gayi?

Somya: mein aayi thi pr tum thoda busy the..isliye wapis chali gayi.

Rudra: mein? busy? ssly? mein tumhara hi wait kar raha tha jab tum Daksh k saath tp kar rahi thi. Jab tum mere paas doaud (bhaag) k aa rahi thi tab mein tumhe pakad ne bhi ready tha..pr agar uss waqt Romi phisal k mere baaho me giri toh mein kya karta? usme meri kya galti yaar? tum asehi chalu gayi..

Somya looked guilty strted understanding her mistake n took Rudra's hand in hers.

Somya: sorry.

Rudra: koi jarurat nahi.

Somya: mujhe nahi accha laga jab tum uss ladki k saath ase the..uncomfortable feel hua aur isliye mein waha se chali gayi.

Rudra looked at her n smiled broadly.

Somya: kya hua? has kyu rahe ho?

Rudra: (toh Somya bhi jealous huyi) kuch nahi..

Somya: abhi bhi gussa ho? plzz gussa math karo..mujhe nahi accha lagta Jan tum gussa hote ho tab. m sorry.

Rudra: shhh..no more sorry. kiya maaf.

Somya smiled broadly and Rusra pulled her cheeks making her blush.

Om: kitna khati hai yeh. phir bhi moti nahi hoti. jaata kaha hai itna khaya hua?

Ishana: mein sunna sab.

Om: Ishana, woh aaj subhe k liye M ssly sorry. mein..

Ishana: it's okk..chill!! Mein ssly tumhare liye kuch bhi kar sakti hu aur mera jawab humesha ha hi rahega, pr har baat k liye sahi waqt hots hai. aur jab bhi woh sahi waqt aayega mein woh sab karungi joh tumhe accha lagta ho ya accha lagega. I promise.

Om looked at her in shock n smiled. It was a small smile but it made Ishana's heart beat fast.

Shivaay: Anika, kya hua?

Anika: kuch bhi toh nahi..aap batayiye..aap apne mujhe yah bulaya hai..sab theek toh hy na? aapko kuch share karne ka tha kya? ya kuch batana tha?

Shivaay: mujhe bas tumse milna tha. that's it.

Anika blushed n looked everywhere but at him.

Shivaay smiled n took her hand in his.

Anika: Shivaay?

Shivaay: Anika..I..

Anika heart started racing.

Shivaay: I..l..

And his phone ranged. It was service call, he cancelled the call n looked shocked. What the hell was he gonna say..?? I love you?? ssly??

Anika sighed, she had became very stiff. She looked at Shivaay and gave an assuring smile. Something in that smile made Shivaay smiled back to her.
