I mean, if it were a deliberate, mocking sort of a thing, like I have been taking it to be, it would be different, but this is actually for real. As far Anika spending night with Daksh well we didn't actually heard the entire conversation between Shivaay and Daksh so we don't know that if Daksh is just a playboy or he is doing this with something else in mind(like I said doing what Tia did with Anika)

See Annika, as chill as she is, is not stupid enough to go to a man's room late at night even if it is her fianc and that too while he is a guest in someone house. She respects the Oberoi's too much to do that.
If it is shadows that Shivvay sees in Daksh's room and not Annika herself then there is reasonable doubt that he is doing this on purpose to impress upon Shivvay that Annika has moved on. He did hear Tia taunt Annika about Shivvay being out of her reach and knows that there is some connection between the 2 of them.
Proof that Annika did not leave her house will be simple to get if he still has bodyguards watching her place.
