The didn't say that Jahnavi ditched Rana 28 years back they just said that they met Ranas the last time 28 years back, ditching could have had happened further back

And 5 years need not mean exact 5 years maybe breakup happened 4.5 years back and then Shivaaye went there 6 months post the break up

But this happened 2 years back while Ridhkara were together for 3 years, so they were in relationship while Om was in rehab
