It was Prinku's 18th birthday, Prinku did not have a license and yet on her insistence Om allowed her to drive the car under his supervision to make her happy...

They were talking and some girl was running from somewhere (probably chased by goons) and didn't notice their car and got hit...😲and fell down the bridge...hence Om couldn't find her...😔and this girl was some relative of ACP, possibly his sister...😛

What I think is that she is not dead but lost her memory, or something like that...🤔

Jhanvi ditched Rana 28 years ago to marry Tej. Shakti wasn't even married at that time. Shivay can at most be 27...😆
