That Anika is an orphan?

I know, dumb question. But this has been bugging me for quite a while now. I have been meaning to make a post on this since quite some time, but I keep forgetting.

The dialogue which had me confused was- when Anika said, Sahil ghar par akela hoga, and he said, "I understand".

And in that confrontation scene he called her "yateem"

But there doesn't seem to have been a scene where he came to know of her circumstances, that she doesn't have parents.

Kindly clear my doubt😳😃

Aisa koi scene to dikhaya nai.. jaha shivaay ko pata chale..

But.. don't you think its quite obvious he will understand.. I mean nobody can be that dumb... he has been to her place so many times and whenever they talk... only sahils name comes up... and also he has only seen her bua... kabhi maa papa ke bareme suna nahi... gharpe dekha nahi.. n also wo janmasthami ke din jab he went to her place.. He just asked about Sahil and not her parents.. so I guess that He Guessed that she is an orphan...

But u never know Gul may forget later that Shivaay knows and we get to see an emotional revelation scene of Anikas dard bhari kahani...

I don't think he does know.. N in confrontation scene it might be possibility he talked in general.. he only knows dat she n sahil are w/o their parents.. but sahil has bua.. but may be he doesn't know this orphan thing.. n also that Anika has been adopted by Sahil's parents..

i think shivaay dont know about her family n all...he dont know sahil s handicapd...shivaay said understand bcoz sahil s a kid its late naa...

Yeah, maybe he put together the pieces of the puzzle Pritzu. But I would have loved to see his emotional reaction to it.

Another is her fear of darkness- i have been waiting for a Shivika scene in that aspect for so long!

Maybe it is also that he just doesn't think of it- Anika is so chirpy, so maybe he thinks that she has a normal family, that her parents are living elsewhere...maybe later he will realize that there is a scared and lonely girl under that facade.

Yes, maybe he did not put things together- but it is obvious. She has only her bro and that useless Bua- never talks of her parents...but I would have loved to see a scene where he came to know of it.

Another scene that I would love to see is her fear of darkness and how he responds to it- i have been waiting for this for so long!

The only thing which has me confused is the yateem dialogue.

Yeah, Sahil is a kid...but he knows her bua is only there, she hasn't mentioned her parents- does he know that she is an orphan, or has he overlooked this fact? It is a little confusing.

Shivaay definitely does not know Anika is adopted and bua is sahils bua and not anika.. wo to usko obviously nahi pata...

Agar ye Pata hota to aadha story unko to khatam .. or shivaay ko kuch nai badal sakta fir agar janke bhi aisa kare to..😆

But I think he has guessed that she and sahil are w/o parents.. coz he keeps on asking maa baal kon hai tumhare.. kuch kiya hai unhone zindagi me..Maybe he just guessed and therefore keeps on saying sadakchap and yateem and what not... but jab pata chalega.. jo hai wo bhi Anika ka khud ka nai hai.. that will be ONE HELL OF AN EMOTIONAL SCENE.. I so want to see shivaay crying now... love, romance ,passion sab bhaad me filal I am dying for a cranky shivaay baby... tears and messy hair 🥳 3piece se direct shirt pant me.. just like

Loote hue saltanat ke Pite hue raja. 🥳
