Very true!⭐️ It is very ambiguous. This should have been a very important scene to show the contrast b/w their situations, to make him realize the gravity of her circumstances...to realize her strength.

I think the writers were remiss in not depicting a scene portraying his reaction to this knowledge.

Annika never mentioned about her parents. And Shivaay has not seen her parents. However the chance of an emotional scene is not lost because Shivaay definitely does not know what happened to Annika in the past. 😆. Which led her to being an orphan in the first place. Shivaay knew quite early that she stays alone with her brother so there was no chance of an emotional scene. And Annika is strong in that matter. But Shivaay do not know the events that made her an orphan. So surely we will get an emotional scene later.😆
