i don't think Shivvay knows that Anika is adopted.

However since u asked there are some queries in my mind
1. shivvay stopped the lawyer in the Sahil adoption bid..Does he know that Anika n Sahil are not of the same blood?
2. Shivvay paid the Bua money for the house..Does he know that the house belongs to Sahil and that Bua is actually Sahil's?
3. Shivvay and OmRu reached to save Anika from the kidnappers. They must have been to her house..and interacted with Bua or Sahil..Do they know how they are related?

I remember him meeting Sahil at Anika's house when he asked him to give him water and Sahil told him to take it himself...however if he connected the boy to being Sahil is a separate question...
regarding the phrase ' I understand" i think that the way Anika is always so protective of Sahil, he must have thought that Sahil is a small boy and cannot be left alone at the night..

just observations..regarding actuality i m perplexed too...

I guess its gonna depend on the mood of the cv's if the want to show an emotional scene he wont figure it oot if they don't wanna show any such scene then he would have figured it out

Orphan in the sense her parents died and no real family support.

This scene, the darkness ka darr scene, and the Sahil revelation are my most anticipated ones.

Chalo I understand them delaying the Sahil revelation- but the first two ones? Especially this and the darkness one?

There is this show on Sony which just started and that heroine is also nyctophobic- but they have already shown that and the hero comforting her! And I was like...shivika ki baari kab aayegi?😕

I know...the pace has been off-putting of late and I understand what you're saying. But the chemistry and the potential is what makes me come back again and again to the show!😳
