This post raises such important points about Om.

But what gave rise to some thoughts in my mind, was what you said about this being the journey of 3 brothers and what happens when they fall in love.

Shivaay was introduced as this arrogant, rude, egoistic, non loving, non sympathetic man.

With Anika in the picture (often, literally these days🤣, get it?!), he definitely has softened a lot. He has bowed down when he made mistakes, he's changed and is gradually, SLOWLY, but surely becoming a better person.

We saw that most with Mallika's entry. Anika convinced him to be a good friend, and he was.

With Rudy, since Soumya has entered his life, he's literally been talking to this one girl, Romi. He has also become smarter and is less obsessed with looks.

He's maturing.

With Om, well, his track is just beginning for real.

Like with Shivaay, he's repressed so much inside that what we get is the shell of the three-dimensional man Om needs to be.

when he told shivaay the real world is outside their glass palace, he was right, and it applies to him also.

The world is NOT as he thinks it is. And yes he's sensitive, but in his own way, his fixity with one single point of view, is impractical in life.

All three brothers are so good at giving advice and Om's is usually amazing. Only, he never seems to follow it himself.

Hopefully, this track will make him more flexible and open to others' truths.

Simply because, there is no one single truth. The truth in real life, is not one dimensional. There are facets and shades to it and once Om realizes that, he'll not only become a better version of himself, but also be a better artist.

I'm terribly afraid of being bashed here so I'll put this in disclaimer

I do like Om's character. I adore his hair, I LOVE his interactions with others. But he needs to have insightful conversations with himself as well.

P.S. How many of you feel Omkara Singh Oberoi that will be uncovered in the future may be the reason Shivaay leaves Oberoi mansion i.e. goes for vanvaas. He remains unconditional to his brother despite some differences of opinion but,

As Shivaay said today: Choti baat kab Badi banjati hai pata nahi chalta...

The Same is Happening but Shivaay n Om have changed roles.!
