I'm sorry I couldn't read the whole thing but u think I got the gist. You are saying he's contradicting his 'Trutg is the most important thing' principle. Of course he is, all idealists contradict themselves at some point of time and it's at that point that their character starts growing.

Prita, your post is amazing!! I am not a hardcore Om deevani (I prefer the bhagad billa a tiny bit more, even if he is an arrogant ghadha, probably because I can understand him more) but I must admit that right from the promos , Om intrigued me and soon became one of my favourites.

whatever u wrote I have also noticed. Om and shivay already have POV issue, it will b worth watching for me in future the clash 2 bros but of course in a sensible manner.
whenever I watch the ishana confrontation epi, that one dialogue of her hit my sense that 'kisi din ap v apne dad k tarah niklenge'... hope these all things u mentioned CVS will show us. I m looking forward.

Hypocrisy, Kinship, these are all vices but that's what separates Humans from Gods, and it'd be great to see what happens when Om has to deal with finding reflections of these attributes in himself.

He's so complex and has so much potential, I think the reason behind my obsession with him is self-explanatory 😆.

And i don't see this as character assassination at all ,it is actually Om's character development. Om struggling to choose between his ideals Vs family,his inner turmoil. Om has prejudices for Tej and Om will choose brothers over Truth in future but i can't say he will choose family over truth because of his hate towards Tej.Obbros are a family within a family.

I agree with all your points but except one that Om might become Like Tej.What Om does is actually because he doesn't want to become like Tej Singh oberoi.Om can carry shades of grey but he won't become like Tej that's what I feel 😳 Omkara's character is loved because he is so complicated, mysterious.I love how his layers are unfolding ❤️
ps-This post is so amazing and coming from a Shivikian it feels so good 😳 Omkara is flawed and that is the beauty of his character. He ain't perfect he is a human and his flaws make him a human.He isn't entirely good he isn't entirely bad he has his own weaknesses and strengths.Omkara coming out of the shield made by him is what that will make his journey beautiful ❤️

An idealist for truth, a dreamer, an artist, percieved as quiet and in control from the outside but hiding a deep rooted anger which is masked by an outer calm, but his thoughts, morals and everything he stood by was so idealistic that he was almost a hermit!

And then when he said If there comes a time when I have to choose between family and the truth, I will choose the truth and that made me scared of him.This guy was dangerous!! He could become anything!!

So in a way, even though I was little upset seeing the fb in yesterday's update, I also felt relieved that he chose Prinku. Which sort of brother would turn over his very much loved and protected sister over to the police?? And your post gave me more perspective on the issue. And I agree with option 3 too...I think both him and Prinku are being framed.

but you have cleared my confusion today. Om went to Tell Shivaye but Omkara Singh Oberoy held him back. Something like fear for family held him back. Maybe he did not want to burden shivaye with it further

And why do you tthink Om deewanis will hate this post, no we don't instead we love this post. We love him because he is flawed and the post complex character that we have to write a hundred possibilities for a single scene. Omkara ye tune kya kiya 😆

And coming to the possibilities of this track well I want to comment after getting the complete picture as we can't decide it on one scene but as of now it appears as it's done by Prinku and he is saving his sister.

So he is for once going against his principle to save his sister. One day or the other day he has to see this that world is not about black and grey and if he is going to see this because of his sister not his FL I don't mind. Well am posting by seeing only one scene it may little bit differ after getting the complete picture of the track which I think it's more to the story than the we are seeing.

Once again beautiful analysis and you are not going to get any sandals from Om deewanis 😆
