Preet Problem Job nahi hai problem Om ki indecisiveness hai. He is not giving any concrete answer to Om.
He has a girl in his life for 3 yr even if she is not main female lead but she is there with him as of now. even shivaye pointed out this in 3 yrs if he is not sure then Ridhima is bound to upset koi bhi hoga. No one understand what he wants from his relationship. Rudra even joked that their relationship is still standing at their 1st date and even his kids will be solving relationship puzzle with him.

Nhi nhi I am completely with Ridsi for her insecurity, even when Ridhkara had a near breakup due as Ishana had aroused insecurity in her, I was completely with her and was blaming Om for not giving her a reason to trust her.

But I have the issue with the reason that Gul had put in for the ultimatum, what is this about the job

I would have preferred, had Ridsi had taken a stand and said that he has given enough time to Om, but now she wants a commitment, their relation can not just be based on the whims and fancies of Om.

I didn't get the dialogues of ShivKara when they were teasing Rudy.
