Omkara-Ishana FF- meeting again. (part 6 in page 7) - Page 4

"Hi Riddhima" Ishana answered looking at the ground.It had taken her a lot of guts to face her.

"oh I forgot that you have a third name along with mala and bhela" Riddhima questioned rhetorically

Ishana didn't say a word .She kept quiet because she knew that Riddhima had every right to be angry at her.

"What new name have you come up with,who are you planning on tricking this time??" Riddhima shouted. A few kids had left their classes to watch the drama.Omkara couldn't do anything,he felt completely helpless.He knew that if he were to get involved then Riddhima would insult Ishana even more,and would reveal everything in front of everyone

"You are a home wrecker. You have no class,and you thought that Om would like someone like you ?ha! Hou wish"

"tumhe sharminda hone chahiye. And you're still trying to stick to him?" she taunted Ishana. "kisi ke boyfriend ko phasane ki koshish ki tumne,tumhari jaisi badtameez ladki ki wajah se meri aur..."

Ishana finally spoke "your relationship didn't break because of me,If anything your relationship lasted a few more days because of me.You guys broke up for other reasons don't drag me into this" Ishana continued " I am sorry for trying to cause problems and for lying to both of you,but I will not take responsibility for your break up" Ishana's eyes started to get wet. She knew that if she'd blink just once more,a tear would fall,and she was not going to let anyone see even a single tear.

"tumhari himmat..." Riddhima yelled ,Omkara couldn't take it any longer,he knew that what Ishana said was right.

"Bas" A voice came,loud and stern. "Whatever yelling you have to do,do it outside the orphanage,this is not a stage for your theatricals"

Omkara had his mouth open,but the voice was not his,It was Arjun. Arjun had once again beaten Omkara to it.

"haan Riddhima ,you should go now" he said pulling her away.While he dragged Riddhima away,he saw a tear fall from Ishana's eyes and somehow he felt bad.

Riddhima forced him to tell her everything about Ishana.Why she was here,and how she behaves, and lots more. Om was dying to go inside to talk to Ishana,and for once and for all resolve this issue.He respected her for standing there as long as she did. She didn't defend herself until the very end, he felt that she had gotten more than enough punishments for her mistake.

By the time he walked back to the canteen Ishana was already smiling with a cup of coffee in her hand,the reason for that smile was Arjun.Om expected to see her upset and was surprised to see her joking around,he concluded that it wasn't that big of a deal for her.

It didn't seem like Ishana was doing it for Arjun's money ,it seemed like she was hanging out with him because she wanted to . It made Omkara question why no one ever wanted to approach him without expecting anything from him.He often felt that people approached him with impure intentions.No matter how hard he tried to distance himself from the benefits of being an Oberoi,it still haunted him. He walked to his class,the only place where people respected him as a teacher and not as an Oberoi.

That week,Om and Ishana didn't get too many opportunities to talk,they could only silently stare at each other

The first week came to an end. And it was time for them to go home.

"guys,my treat,let's go for dinner" Raj yelled in a merry mood. Om shook his head,Raj reminded him so much of his own younger brother,he couldn't help but smile at him.

"It's already seven ,I need to go home" Neha said ,excusing herself

"Neha,aaj tumhare mummy-papa ghar par nahin hain,so you can go home whenever you want right?" Jaya asked

"yes...but still.." her voice was not heard this time.

Prachi walked over to Omkara " Om,you should come with us"

"where?" Arjun asked walking over with Ishana a few steps behind him.Omkara didn't fail to notice how the two were still together.

"dinner." Prachi asked

"isko invite math karna" Raj whispered to Prachi

"sorry guys,I can't come,night duty" he said . All the young ones were secretly happy.

"Ishana di,you have to come" Jaya invited her,Prachi gave Jaya a disapproving look,which both Ishana and Jaya didn't notice.

Ishana knew that her dad and sister wouldn't mind if she came home a bit late.

"ok,I'll come along" she said happily.
They walked over to a restaurant ,it was kind of dark and looked like mainly young people visited the place.

"this looks like the bar from I hate luv storys" Neha said remembering the cute movie.

"Imran khan was so cute in that movie" Jaya squealed as they sat down

"tum logo ko baat karne ke liye aur koi topic hai?" Raj asked as he sat down next to Prachi.

She made a gesture to Neha to leave one seat between the two of them ,she wanted to keep the other seat next to her empty. She gave a smile to Om,hoping that he'd sit there.Neha understood ,and with a sly smile,left one chair between them

But before Om could walk over Karan had already sat down. Neha gave an apologetic look to Prachi,she could see that her friend had a small crush on Om. Om sat down on the only empty seat left which was fatefully next to Ishana.

During dinner both Ishana and Om were silent.They felt awkward sitting next to each other. Ishana played around with her food not wanting to look up. People were talking quite loudly and the place was very busy but for some reason they both felt like the spotlight were on both of them .Raj ordered some drinks.

"I don't drink alcohol" Neha said to Raj who passed a cup of beer to her.

"why?" he asked

"I don't like how it tastes..." Neha lied

"you've never tried it have you" Karan whispered to her.

Ishana took the can of the beer and gulped it down. All of them looked at her with shock in their eyes.

"can't girls drink?" Ishana asked. It always made Ishana angry that it was okay for guys to drink,but if girls touch alcohol they suddenly become impure or something.

"of course ,but maybe you shouldn't drink too fast" Om suggested "you don't want a hangover" he said concerned.

Prachi looked at them with envy. She didn't understand why it always looked like Ishana and Om had some sort of a connection.

"Guys ,let's play spin the bottle" Jaya suggested. Raj shot down that suggestion " so old fashioned"

"if you don't want to play,then don't play" she said to Raj

She took a bottle and spun it " Ok Neha ,truth or dare" Jaya asked her friend

"truth" she answered picking the safe option.

"okay...so what are your true feelings towards karan?" she asked .Jaya had drunk a bit before the game which made her ask this very straight forward question.Neha's and Karan's eyes widened in shock.

"I...um...I...what kind of question is this,I pick dare" Neha said changing her mind ."tell the truth or take a drink" Raj said offering a drink.

Neha looked at the drink and then at Karan. Two things she did not want to face. She grabbed on to the drink and gulped it down. She made a scrunched up face and started coughing.

"ok next" Jaya said with disappointment

The bottle landed on Ishana.

"You're close to Omkara and Arjun,who do you like more" Prachi asked with a sly smile. Ishana panicked and didn't know what to choose . She knew the answer in her mind,but didn't want to say it.In her mind there was one name.

She took a cup and drank it "what is this guys,no one is answering,what's the point of this game" Raj whined.The game went on. After that mostly dares were given out.But for some reason Ishana started to feel dizzy. She was getting drunk. She became more loud,and even started singing abruptly,a complete contrast to Neha who had nearly passed out from that one drink.They all talked for a while. While the others were talking loudly Ishana looked at Om with a smile

Ishana held Om's hand " Omkara ji,kya aap mujhe ghar chod sakte ho?" she asked imitating Bhela.

Everyone else was too drunk to notice. Om looked at her,he was also a bit drunk " Bhela! Tum vaapas aa gayi?" he asked smiling at Ishana

"sshhh Ishana so rahi hain" she said looking at him. " toh phir tum kaun ho?" he asked pouting

"Bhela" she answered grinning.

"Nahi,mujhe Ishana pasand hain" Om insisted.

"Bhela se zyada?" Ishana asked "ha..haan" Om stuttered

He held her hands and they walked out.As they were outside they say Karan he was carrying Neha,more like she being piggy backed by him. "Om...Ishana aap log...kaha?" he asked. He was the only sober one. "horsey..why did you stop running" Neha wailed .

Neha opened her eyes on hearing the noise. "Ishana di,you guys...you guys look c..cute" she stammered sleepily. She tightened her arms around Karan

"oh my God Om...we have to do that too"she said gleefully

"yes...main bhi strong hoon" he said squatting in front of her. She climbed on his back. She hoped that her sneakers wouldn't dirty Om's white T-shirt. She then remembered that she was wearing a white shirt and jeans, "Om we're wearing the same clothes,let's go shopping for new clothes" she yelled. "haan you're right...let's go" he said as he continued walking.

"Guys...stop" Karan yelled

"Shh Karan why're you yelling.don't cry it will be okay" Neha said consoling him. She moved closer to him and planted a kiss on his cheek. After that he forgot to look after Om and Ishana.

Om walked and was still carrying Ishana " Om,I wanted to say this for a long time..." Ishana said as they walked in the dark

"I'm sorry I lied to you" she said in a drunk voice

Om remained quiet

"I was scared they'd kidnap my sister if I didn't get the money,I wasn't thinking straight"she said resting her head on his shoulder

"I ...understand" Om said after a long time
