Hey guys,this is my first time posting here. I've been lurking around the ishqbaaz forum for a while now and I recently decided to make a fanfiction on ishkara.I love the other two couples just as much,but since this couple isn't getting any screen time,I thought this would be the best couple to write on. My story starts a few years after the ishana-omkara fight.
4 Years later
After a long time Ishana could admit that she was truly happy. She managed to pay off most of her dad's debts,her sister was safe and healthy and she had a stable job as a dance teacher. Her days of conning people were gone (though she did enjoy playing pranks ),but every once in awhile she'd remember Omkara. She'd remember his voice and and all the conversations they had,for a second she'd miss him,but then she'd think of all the insults that were thrown at her,and remind herself why she forgot him in the first place.
What he said still stuck with her,and so she did feel guilt quite often,and that was why her sister suggested volunteering. There was a volunteering program for teachers to go to an orphanage and teach the children there for six months. And being the most supporting sister ever,her sister signed her up as the dance teacher. Volunteering was a great way for her to be distracted,and she hoped that by helping a few people there,she could make up for the wrong things she'd done in the past
Dancing brought her so much of joy and she hoped that by teaching the kids there some dance moves,they could maybe forget their worries for a few seconds.She was walking into the orphanage with confidence...until she saw a familiar head of long black hair.
"Omkara..." she gasped with shock. She could only see his back,but she knew it was him. She ran outside to avoid him.
There were loads of questions in her mind . why was he there? Is he going to force me out? Is he going to humiliate me?
She considered walking out,but then she asked herself...why me? Why should I walk out,I came here to volunteer and that is what I am going to do. She collected herself and walked in again and went right for the office.
She could see that the room was almost filled with people and that someone was already speaking.
"Yes,what would you like?" a loud voice came from the front of the room. It seemed like he was some coordinator or something. The moment he said those words every head in the room turned towards Ishana, Everyone was curious to know who had walked in except one,whose curiosity soon changed into shock.
"Ishana?" Omkara's voice was a mix of confusion, anger and a drop of sadness
"Hi everyone,I'm Ishana,I volunteered to be the dance teacher" Ishana said with a smile and her usual bubbly charm
"I don't like late comers" said the guy from before. Everyone in the room snickered and giggled ,all except omkara who couldn't have been more serious. He walked towards her,every eye in the room followed him. He grabbed her hand and walked out the room
As soon as they were out Ishana tried to remove his hand from holding hers. "chod do" she yelled
Omkara left her hand,his eyes were still shocked "tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?" he asked
"none of your business" ishana said glaring at him.
"it is my business and you know it" he said
"I'm here to volunteer" she stated
"wow,since when did you start caring about anyone but yourself" he asked
"I've always cared about others,if you would have let me explain that day,you would have known
that" she shouted
"Ishana,yahan drama karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai,mujhe tumhari asliyat pata hain" Omkara said
"this is what I was talking about now that I've changed and become a better person,but you want to remind me of my past,where is the great and kind Omkara? Why are you the only person who gets to judge who is good or bad? I..."
Ishana was interrupted by a voice
"Mr.Oberoi ,you can't just pull someone out of a room" the guy from earlier said
"Sorry I interrupted your talk,but I had something important to say to her" Omkara said justifying himself
"I don't care what the reason is,don't do it again,just because aap ek bade kaandan se ho,uska matlab yeh nahi ki main apko koi special treatment dene wala hoon "
Ishana was impressed. This guy looked around the same age as them,he didn't look like he was all
that rich either,yet he had so much courage.
"Ms. Ishana,I'd like to see you in my office" he said walking away.
Ishana trembled for a second,if this guy was so harsh to Om,she couldn't imagine what he was going to do to her.
Om watched her as she walked away and wondered if anything she said was true
