My guess is that Ishana will try confusing the brothers... Rudy being dumble Oberoi gets confused first and tries to explain t his bros the twisted logic Ishana is trying to say

OR

On a serious note Om confronts Ishana about her abusive boyfriend. Ishana is stuck but then the Gunde find her and try beating her up. ObBros to the rescue and we get a similar scene as ShivIka did but with Om and Ish. He lifts her and has that ook. Uff!!! aur humari Oh My Mata h jayega 😆
