Highly doubtful because ShivIka is the only couple that clicked with many viewers, they have a good fanbase and Gul loves SC. Even if SJ were permanent, I am pretty sure she wouldn't be opposite Shivaay.

Gul loves SC but she loves SJ even more, so SJ would never be second lead to SC (like Omkara is to Shivaaye), also there are many shippers for Ishkara as well who are constantly nagging Gul,

About SJ being a cameo, I really want that, but I don't trust Gul
