If Mallika is a full fledged role, then SJ would not be ready to play a second fiddle to Surabhi Chandra and here Shivaaye is the main lead, so definitely Mallika would not be paired with Omkara, it would be either KVB (if the roles are cameo) or Shivaaye (if the role is long)

Although I will love Mallika Om as a liar could be a shrewd businesswoman as well and not necessarily a con girl
