Personally, I think Tej's disinterest in him (unless he does some kaand) is also rather intriguing. Tej didn't even blink when the shooting happened, he looked rather disinterested in Rudra and his antics, lol. Also, if Rudra is illegitimate and had problems being integrated in the family, in his early years, it might be a huge reason for why Shivaay is so close to Rudra but not Priyanka- he might have needed the attention and love more?
