He stands, places the key in anika's hand.
Anika : When I asked last week you said we can't ...
Shivay : You caught me in the wrong mood that day..Anika,no one has left in oberoi mansion.They left with their shares and i don't want to live there anymore..
Anika : What do you think,why it happened ?
(she asks him rudely. Before he can say a word his phone rings..)
Shivay : Anika,we are meeting today for dinner at 8 pm at a restaurant so be ready..i love you.
Anika : No,you don't.
Shivay : what you mean ?
Anika : you are in love with work today more than me.
Shivay : Anika ..you and your stupid middle class values..
(He says with attitude and leaves the room. Anika watches him helplessly. She takes out glass of alcohol and leaves the room too..leaving their daughter in room alone.)

In a restaurant
Anika sits by herself at a table.Shivay enters with his personal assistant koyal and omkara.
Anika gets uncomfortable by seeing her but becomes happy when she sees omi.
Anika : I didn't know we'd be joined for dinner.
(She hugs omi and he also greets her well.She looks at koyal and smiles awkwardly.)
Koyal : Hello, Mrs. oberoi
Anika : Hello.
(Anika greets her awkwardly.)
Shivay : we are celebrating for the success of our major deal..
Omkara looks towards anika..he watches her in dibealief. Anika looks at omi and signs him not to say anything .
Anika : Omi,how are you ? how's your art gallery ? i hope all is working out fine.
Omkara : Ofcourse, Bhabhi. We all are fine. You tell me ,how are you and how is kiara ?
Anika : She is ok.how is jhanvi aunty and rudra ? I did't talked to them since that happened.
Omkara : Look anika,whatever happened it wasn't anyone's fault but shivay.I didn't want to leave the business because it was dadi's last wish to always be with your brothers no matter what. About shivay,whatever he did, he is still my brother but whatever he did to rudra,i will never forget that.
Anika : How is rudra ?
Omkara : He is ok but he still thinks his bhaiyaa will call him one day. He will be fine anika.
(Anika smiles to omi and says thank you.)
Shivay : Enough of this...
Shivay gets heavily drunk and starts to misbehave things...
Anika : I don't think you should..
(She says to shivay)
Shivay : Who are you to tell me what to do ?
(People from the restaurant starts to look at their table..)
Koyal : I think we should leave omi..
Good night Mrs. Oberoi. Good night Shivay.
(She hugs shivay and kisses him.Anika watches this with tearful eyes. Omkara hugs anika and leaves with koyal.)
Anika : Shivay ???
Shivay : Ya she kissed me so what ?
It's high society thing. You won't understand.
(Shivay says it with rude behaviour.)
(Anika on the verge of crying.)
Anika : Ya i don't understand such things but what i do understand that we are married.
Shivay : I have achieved something big today so let me celebrate.
(They are about to leave the restaurant that's when omi arrives there.)
Omkara : what do you think you are doing shivay ?
Shivay : You are lucky that i didn't disowned from our company like rudra.
Omkara : Then do it,what are you waiting for ? Do you even care about anyone but yourself ? Have you seen anika's face ? She is dying for your attention shivay. She needs your love.She blames herself for whatever happened. You used to tell dadi that you will never leave your brothers but from the moment you understood rudra is not oberoi,you just left him half way. Your arrogance and ego took us down .You have become the person you have promised you will never become..just like my father.You have daughter shivay,for her sake please be with anika.
(Omkara gives all the property papers to shivay making him speechless..)

(Kiara sits at the stairs listing anika and shivay fight..)
Shivay : It's not true ! koyal means nothing to me.
Anika : I can't leave like this
Shivay : You think i can leave like this ? what do you want from me ?
Do you want me to donate all my property to unknown people ? Rudra is not oberoi and i will
not call him back.
Anika : I wasn't oberoi too.Why did you marry me ?
5 years earlier...
(Anika with red saree watches herself in the mirror and examines her changed body.
In a black suite,shivay waits anixouly outside courthouse..
Shivay and anika sit together in courthouse..)
Shivay : What are you thinking ?
Anika : I just wish they'd hurry up so you can't change your mind..
(Shivay kisses her hands and put his hand on anika's baby bump. They become husband and wife front of omi,rudra,ishana and soumya and takes the vow that they will never leave each other no matter what.)
Anika : We promised each other that we will take care of each other and our baby.
Shivay : I can't do this anymore.I thought we will be more happy with the child.We should have abort it..
(Anika slaps him and cries.)
Anika : You know what shivay,you were always like this but i didn't see you.All these years i used to blame myself about tearing apart your family.I used think that you threw rudra out because of me but you already knew it before me that he wasn't oberoi .You will always remain the same class conscious even after marrying me. You used to talk about tej uncle and now you are doing the same thing .I always used to hear your link ups with girls but i didn't listen to them because i thought our relationship is not that easy to break.I also waited like jhanvi aunty for you but you went ahead. I am not strong her like her shivay i can't see you like this.I was a strong indivisual person shivay but your love made me weak. I am tierd shivay.Your self obsession and arrogance failed our relationship.I am helpless and i want to rest now.
Shivay : what do you want fro me ?
Anika : I want you to be honest with me.Do you love me shivay ?
(Shivay looks into her eyes .)
Shivay : Not today.No.
(Anika accepts this with teary eyes and whispers.)
Ankia : Thnak you.
(Shivay watches her helplessly with tear in his eyes...)
She goes towards the store room .She cries remembering kiara. She remember how she met shivay and how did they fall in love but then she recalls the unknown person who was sitting in front of her in a restaurant not knowing what day it was...
She wipes her tears while locating the rope and looks towards the ceiling fan...
Omkara : That was the last time i heard from them.It was their wedding anniversary.
(He tells all this story to rudra and ishana.)
Ishana : Where is bhaiya omi ?
Omkara : He left the business and gave all the property to rudra and me..
Kiara comes walking towards omakara and ishana..
Omkara : So,What did you name your doll ?
Kiara : Anika..
