i think ankia's mother died delivering 3rd child and the nurse had taken the 3rd child as there is nobody to take care n anika n sister got separated and the other sister will be om's girl

the brothers who were together till now will go separate ways and sisters who were separated will come together n their love will unite the brothers again

I'm new to the show. So still getting around with episodes, will catchup with all episodes by tomorrow😆.

I'm not sure about this 3 sisters but may be Om's girl can be Anika's sister as we saw she lost her sister before getting adopted by sahil's dad.And Saumya said she had brother.

BUT can't say anything as this is Gul's show. everything is possible in her shows😆

I think Om's girl will be Anika's sister. She'll probably have been adopted by a rich family, and hoity toity.

Are, kuch nahi, bohut zyada ho jayga 😆 I'm okay if two of them turn out to be sisters, they don't have to but probably will since they already indicated that Anika had a little sister. But all three? No thanks 😆
