Question- Need help

When I was very young, we had a Muslim couple in our neighborhood.
Uncle passed away , after that aunt called my grandma and asked her to stay with her during night time as she was scared of living alone. We advised her to go to her son's house. But she says she is going but she can't go before 3 months as she can't see face of any other man in this 3 months.

That Aunty was old, almost 50 years, if rules are so strict for her then it's easy for Rukhsar
I am not Muslim so don't know much about it, am learning everything here on forum or through ISA
