so already in the show ..the doctor revealed to Deep, that tara is pregnant ..and he showed her the reports ...why in the precap was she blackmailing doctor to come up with a pregnancy report?? that was already done no?

Maybe they will show it as a flashback to make the viewers understand how come the doc agreed to lie.
