Yes Dazzling, the article is related to BJP and agree middle class and poor are the ones affected the most. My offshore colleague told me that he had to be in bank line for almost 4 hours to get the cash. In India, people have to pay cash to rickshaw wala , sabzi vendors, home cleaning service ... It must be really tough... and people with influences ges things easy way.
