The quotes do teach us soo much n we can apply them in our lives ...accha eid ki taiyaari hogayi hai ?? Kal chutti hai na hosp mai ? Till then take care 😃

Very true. Going slow, counting to 10 when we are angry, breathing in and out during anger, all these can make life better but (a big BUT) emotions rule over our head, hence, hastiness comes over. Patience is a virtue...

Hello Jazz 😃 welcome to the forum n my post...soo good to see you...thank you for reading and sharing your view...What you say is true human emotions cannot be easily controlled but with proper discipline n practice one can achieve a lot...anger does cloud our mind n in that situation its difficult to be calm but as you have spelled out with counting the no's one can use this method to control our self...Till then take care.
