Hello Hammie 😃 thank you for reading and sharing your view...True to forgive another most importantly to forgive our self takes lot of time, efforts...It's not easy to forgive nor forget but in the end when one does it is totally worth it...we gain peace and nothing beats that.

It gives us another opportunity in our lives to become a stronger and a better person when we start a fresh...we get to experience the freedom from our mind which has so long experienced the pain.Till then take care.

Yes I absolutely agree with u.. if u kept harboring grudge hate animosity inside u.. it'll remove ur inner peace n will leave u with negative energies inside u..
to think positive n to spread positivity around u.. u need to let go of these grudges.. true indeed..

Hello Nuss agayi aap 😆😃 thank you for reading and sharing your view...True to get rid of negative emotions self control is quite essential...people may do you wrong and you go in their path then it causes more damage to us than others.

Inner peace is what we all strive for and it lays in our hands and nobody else's...it takes a lot to be positive as well in case if we meet up with injustice...every individual is different and the time for one to heal depends on the individual...with support and love of our near, dear ones we can heal much faster...Till then take care.

Of course I'm glad to be part of this forum and meet such wonderful people as well dear...we have a united family here and each one of us learn new things from others that is the best part.😃

Holding on to a grudge is so very human.

I feel It takes a lot of willpower & practice to let go of grudges & forgive.

Not that easy... It is a divine task according to me.

But once you are able to do it, there's nothing you cannot do.

As your title says, it's is "THE HEAVIEST " thing one can carry.

You know honestly, for Dhani to be this epitome of good & so divine, is not realistic at all

Yes, Viplav changed becoz of her, but c'mon, she has to have some human like flaws.

I would like to see Dhani feel a little angry ( its is a natural human emotion) with the wrong doers in AN, not always forgiving & submissive.

Hello Mishfan 😃 thank you for reading and sharing your view...True dhani should show some flaws as well after all she is a human...had any one of us been in her place we would definitely be angry and it's very natural as well...no human is perfect and we constantly learn from our mistakes or from others to improvise ourselves.

Yes with patience and a strong will power we can let go of the past which sometimes may carry pain and with that we can achieve our inner peace,nothing beats that. By letting go for grudges we can start from anew. Till then take care.
