Shubhangi Latkar who essayed the powerful character of the male protagonist's mother in FilmFarm India's last outing Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, is excited to be working with producers, Pintoo Guha and Rupali Guha again.

She has now been roped in for a challenging role in their show Ishq Ka Rang Safed for Colors. She will play a mother again, this time to the main antagonist, played by Daksh Ajit Singh.

The lady will be a very pious woman, who would be serving duties in a temple. A typical devdasi kind of character, she will be the unwed wife of Dashrathji (Arun Bakshi), grand father of the male lead, Mishal Raheja. However, she will have no qualms of not being legally wedded, and would visualize her husband as God. She will try to work out relations between her son and husband, but her son would have grown up with hatred against his father.

When contacted, Shubhangi confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I am part of FilmFarm's new show, and it is always an honour to work with them. My journey in Do Dil.. was fantastic, and I am eagerly looking forward for this show to take off now. I have started shoot, and I will have a different look in it."

Shubhangi will also be part of the Star Plus show, Mohi that is all set for launch.
