He gets to know this was all a drama planned out by the couple before Rhea showed the footage to them. Emotional moment blah blah, they go home, blah blah. But wait- someone enters their life- Dadi!

It's shown that the Dadi shown upto episode 5-6 had gone somewhere but was kidnapped by her evil twin- Shaytaan ki Nani. So we've been hating on Shaytaan ki Nani all this time and Dadi is, indeed, a really good person, hence she's dancing dil khol ke on IshqAan's wedding. Happy ending!
