It started pre leap.

We got so many BTS and spoilers before Ishqi - Mayank's marriage itself.

And i think arpit took advantage after the live video he had...perfect opportunity to make money by telling ipzn track..... biggest mistake he did.. indirectly ipzn is going off air also because of him,if he didnt encourage people to subscribe and in return tell the story.maybe there was ahope our show could sustain no doubt major is gul and sonys fault

It was mostly post leap. Entire drunk Ishqi was kept surprised except for their offscreen pic in the costume. Param's look was not disclosed. We did have some BTS during Mayank's wedding mostly from cast's live. We knew Ishwi will walk out and say sorry to Suman aunty and it will happen in mandap. But we did not know why will she do it, if Mayank's truth will come out etc. We knew police will arrest Ishqi from Jaswainders live. But we had no confirmation on any spoiler. We used to predict random things only to know that we are wrong😆

But The flooding of spoilers was all time high during Ishqaan proposal and wedding which I think killed the mood for many people. People could not enjoy it due to BTS. If there was surprise element in this it would have been much better.

I think, the change is also because of lockdown rules. During Post leap time/Ishwaan wedding lockdown restrictions were lifted, people could meet actors on set. So all fans started vising resort, taking pictures etc. The cast was obliged to do it.

As much as I enjoyed talking about the BTS here, it definitely did kill my interest to a great extent. I don't like knowing too many spoilers about a show I like/want to watch. When I'm interested in a show on Netflix or other platforms but late in catching up, I just mute everything that show related so I'm not spoiled. Knowing the biggest highlights of the show made the risk and anticipation factor way less for me. When Ishqi's post-marriage look got leaked, Ishqaan marriage became a foregone conclusion, I wasn't scared that Ahaan wouldn't be able to walk out of Rheaan marriage/stop Ishqi and Ishqi would leave Ahaan. In hindsight, not knowing about such crucial developments might've kept the audience more hooked to the show.
