I don't think that is Rhea's plan. Ishqi would not believe such a thing and only one instance won't make Ishqi mistrust Ahaan. Rhea wants to make Ahaan lie continuously for a long time and then use pregnancy as the final nail in the coffin. Rhea is expecting that by the time pregnancy revelation happens, Ishqi won't be on talkgin terms with Ahaan and they won't solve this MU so she would be safe with her lie. Ishqi wont investigate or ask questions about pregnancy and just believe it.
