Yeah, it could have been done in much better way. I also thought they would show Ishqi trying to manaofy angry Ahaan but she just said sorry once and he seems okay with it.

Ahaan was right, ghatiya movies dekhti hai Ishqi😆

The fact is he was kind of embarrassed too. He was having a problem in sharing one room, then Ishqi held his hand all night, they were on same bed. He did not tell her the entire truth about holding hands. Maybe he was just trying to contemplate his answer while hiding some facts. 😆

Maybe. I am not too sure. The entire scene looked awfully forced. His smile especially after coming out of washroom - when I couldn't digest it, I can't expect ishqi to act cool with if. 😆
