honestly management wise i never liked their team(only liked the team for their players). they kinda use and throw players. as in if players do well sar pe uthayega but if they fail for once they just like discard them kind. they didn't even retain their star player rashid khan(though his case it is a different story) especially what they did with warner was so wrong. warner was their highest scorer over 4-5 seasons just that he had one bad season, and they don't even consider keeping him in the team anymore. even dhoni had a bad season but csk kept faith on him and they ended up winning the next season.
Absolutely agree with every thing you have said.
Ishan Kishan had a disastrous run last year, MI backed him and he bounced back in the later matches. He's the most expensive buy this year, honestly some of these managements could do a self analysis on how sports is about backing your best and not using them as a commodity. Disappointed with KKR and RCB in those regards today. SRH, I have no hope with all they did last year with someone like Warner. His performance in WC should have showed them some mirrors.
