Yes, of course, she is simply brilliant with her story telling skills but your review too I thought was heartfelt! I requested earlier, to continue the thread as much as possible and in future try to put all this into a book, which will be a worthy read for all those who love the epic.
Just wish the updates to be more regular, so we call can enjoy them as soon as possible! But, I know it is not easy to put in such efforts and pour it out so soon...but, we can all hope!

Hope she feel so guilty so guilty that she wishes for her death to reduce her guilt but death should not come to her
I also want arjun to take out all his frustration he locked inside his heart in front of her
Si that she realised arjun is not happy for what she did
Yeah he's behaving normally to her but can never forgive
Then I want to see her face for of guilt and begging for death from almighty

I know I am behaving like a sadist
But these are my wishes I so want to read in this story

If you follow the Epic Arjun and my Arjun charecterwise you would realise how obedient and affectionate he is towards his mother. The Epic never gave any incident that prove his disobedience to his mother.
When Karna's reality is revealed and when Kunti takes a decision to live in the forest Yudhishtir cursed her Bheem questioned her but not Arjun.

I portrayed my Arjun in such a way that his core Charecter from the Epic won't get distorted.

I swear Arjun will never ill treat or blame his mother. Rather he would hold himself responsible for Draupadi's sharing. In one of my updates he tells Kunti that he failed to take the responsibility of her husband and let others decide their life.

That is Arjun.. Always forgiving, kind, considerate, ever loving ( his Madhav, his brothers and mother and Ofcourse his fire born and Abhi)'humble,valourous,heroic,sensitive,energetic,intelligent,handsome,charming..chivalrous,daring fearless and he is a nature worshipper,a great Siva devotee, ...so on and so forth. He is the best. That is why in the first verse of the epic itself he is referred as narottam the best among men.
Any normal person will behave in the way you expected him to but not Arjun. He is class apart from every other ch... In MB or rather mythology.

You know when a survey was conducted in US about the most popular and well written Ch.s of world literature, only Arjun from Indian mythology found a place there. That is my Arjun. That is why Draupadi loves him the most. I hope you understand.

My Arjun will never blame Kunti,Epic Arjun also did not do so.

I hope you understood.

Brilliant description of Arjun. He was of course the most charismatic and distinguished character in all of Mahabharat after Lord Krishna and it is no surprising he was loved the most by the Lord himself.
To me, Arjun is quite simply, the best there ever was, the best there ever will be!

Hi Lakshmi,
I think I read in some translated version of Mahabharat (not sure, if it was Bori critical edition), Arjun during the 17th day of Kurukshetra war, goes to the camp of Yudhi to check his situation after he gets to know that Karna wounded him. Then some misunderstanding happens between Arjun/Yudhi and during the flareup, I think Arjun says something along the lines like "You lie on the bed of Draupadi and dare to attack us with your words ... and stay 2 miles away from the heat of the battlefield with full protection like a coward...or something like that"...

I think this instance clearly shows how much turmoil Arjun had to bear inside regarding sharing of Draupadi and his pent up emotions once for all came out in full flow...Also, this incident shows that Yudhi's intentions regards sharing of Draupadi were more of lust than to honor Kunti's words... If a character like Arjun throws in that line, then there was certainly malicious intent on Yudhi's part regarding Draupadi...That's is what I can infer from reading the version...

If you see my Thread 2 page 46 you can have the incident . It is there in Bori critical Edition. First time Ved Vyas made Arjun reveal his heart.

Here is the part . I followed the original exactly. Gave Sanskrit reference.

Arjun got relieved and followed the advice of his Madhav. He blamed Yudhishtir thus,

" Eldest,Sitting two miles away from the battle field don't say such words to me.Bhrata Bheem who is fighting with great heroes singlehandedly can say such words to me.The great Bheemsena the scorcherer of rivals has the right to say anything. But not you who always needs protection from others.

Scholars say that the strength of Kshatriya lie in arms and Brahmins in speech.Ofcourse you are strong in words .

I always try to do good to you with my soul, life, sons and wives.Still you hurt me with such harsh words. And you are doing this lying on Draupadi's bed.Draupadi talpasamsthe mamavamamstha.

If you read it again you will have a clear picture.

Thanks Lakshmi! Actually, I skipped some of the war details in your thread, as I found other moments more delicate and fascinating to read in your thread. Since the war details, I have already read multiple times in various versions, so I skipped some of them in this thread...Hence, I could not recollect, if it was mentioned by you as well...
Yeah, in that instance, I think finally Vyasa gave in and wanted to reveal Arjun's heart and Yudhi's character. If there was no "malicious" intent on Yudhi's part regarding Draupadi, then Arjun definitely would not have used that reference to Draupadi. As Arjun was always measured and composed, very rarely prone to outbursts...

I know arjun was not going to say anything to kunti
That was just my wish or frustration whatever you say
He can't express his feelings from his mouth
But his eyes can express everything right
All these while she failed to read his son eyes
But still she's a mother and a mother can read their child feelings
I just want her to say sorry to her third for all the injustice she did to him
