It was over in a flash, waters swiftly carried her babe away,

Kunti sighed, she'd never forget this day.

The answer is Ashwa river.

It means horse, and the first line seems to support it.

Okay, anyone can ask the next question.

P.S. Vibs, the next Game of the Yuga question, I've let that be yours. Take a stab 😆

Yes, I know Ashwa means horse, it is also the name of a river.

This question was also asked in one of the episodes of KBC - panchkoti. A Rs 25,000 question , I think.

Alright.

There is a verse (Back to back 2 in fact) in Geeta which is symbolically interpreted by many translators and that too differently. But if it is literally interpreted by its plain language, it gives clear symptoms of the direction in which the soul has gone after death. From those symptoms, one can know whether the person has achieved Moksha or not or whether the soul has advanced or not. Which is that verse and what are those symptoms?

I am unable to narrow down to two slokas. the entire 8th chapter -Akshara Brahma Yoga delas with this subject.

Anyway my guess- Verses 20 and 21 from the VIII chapter.

Very close. Same Adhyay. Not the same verse. CLEAR SYMPTOMS. Not the ways to advance but the symptoms after event. The symptoms visible to others to know whether that has happened or not.

Ok - two more guesses from my side:

Slokas 12 & 13 (Sarva dwarani....) and (Om itye aksharam) OR

Slokas 5 and 6 (Antaha kale....) and (yam yam vaapi...)

Nope. Not the way of leaving body which is invisible. Outward or external symptoms visible. People can't see what the person is thinking about while leaving the body (unless of course one utters the name of God).

Okk. The hint is that these verses I have listed in your thread and also these are the only verses of Geeta which are translated differently in different books I have seen of Geeta.
