Remember the Abhishek Bachchan look-alike Karunya who was the Indian Idol 2 runner-up last year? The Hyderabad lad has now shifted base to Mumbai and is knocking at B-Town doors.
After having sung in numerous South flicks and even garnering awards, he has set his sights on playback singing in Hindi filmdom.
"I have rented a place at Lokhandwala and decided to make Mumbai my base. Apart from my debut album called Karunya, I was busy travelling for stage shows in the past year," says the singer who rendered tracks in Lage Raho Munnabhai and Jai Santoshi Maa.
