do u really agree that she makes true comment? come on we have seen her how she reacted wheb there was the discussion for suhit, because suhit was goodlooking and stylish , she was down to earth for him , my god . did suhit deserve that?????

Remember, Indian Idol has been running for months and you can not judge a contestent based on one performance. Amit's voice quality and talent outclasses Prashant's by miles. There is no comparison between the two. Only reason Prashant is here because of the public voting system. That is THE TRUTH.

How is Alisha a good judge, did you see the last episode. It is true right from the beginning Alisha has always had a negative bias against Prashant. It was mentioned when Prashant sang his song and forgot his lyrics, so why not point Amit's mistake to him. She goes on blindly - you are so great, best singer, blah blah. At this point, they should not be making mistakes, and if either one does make a mistake tell them that. Moreover, I did not like that fact that the judges kept declaring Amit as the winner - "You are Bharat Ki Shaan, Indian Idol 3, ..." I found that extremely discouraging for Prashant, who has improved and done well over the past couple of weeks, and has come to this position with hardwork. At this point, both should be encouraged to do well.

The person who doesn't even know the different parts of India, whatelse does he know? He needs to first read the geofraphy then come here to discuss. Prashant is Indian. His father died while he was working as a policeman on duty that is why police force gave him a job when he was still teenager.

LOL this is probably not a good time to reply to the topic, but i was re-watching the episode today and OMG alisha just sucks as a judge. I think a lot of people here have taken the wrong meaning out of this topic...to all you amit fans, i dont think this topic was about who the better singer is/was. It was about being a good judge, and she wasn't...as a judge you have to learn to be impartial man..and even if she thought someone did sing better than the other, shouldn't she have the maturity to keep her personal feelings aside...like seriously!! talk about the performance and give constructive feedback to both singers...she just ignored prashant the whole time..i hope she isn't ever the judge again!
And for those of you saying that prashant only made it because of the Public voting system..aren't we the public, and if 7 million votes went each day to indian idol, clearly it was more than his friends, family and the police force voting..so grow up and get over the fact that someone besides the who you like can win
I am also happy that prashant won because everyone will give Amit a million playback chances...he can achieve more being the runner up that Pranshant ever could..this way it worked out for both the contestants!
