and before u say im biasd 2ward amit... may b ...but i did lyk prashant in the piano rounds (not as crazily as i lyk amit😉 but better than a lot of teh others....infact most of em) - before i lyked amit - (frm chal chalen) n believe that he has not lived up to his potential in the galas... he was def among the weak singers (galas mein)...sweet voice but weak superficial singin...

Do you believe u can convince one to become a fan of Prashant's voice who doesn't like Prashant at all ? Ohh, I don't believe that. Just few days ago, I fought almost a wrestling 😆, when a friend of mine was trying to convince me Puja has better sound quality to be a playback singer than Deepali. We debated playing almost all archives we have access on, including from the audition round, but my friend does not find Puja singing any worse than Deepali. Ohh God. You must have understood how we ended up, huh!! Agreed to disagree? ohh no, it went up to the climax of broken beer bottles on the floor. he he

I bet, no matter how well Prashant sings, the biased ears do not give a shit to that. They will dig up the whole dictionary to find words to discredit and spit venom here.

Anyway, good to know Prashant is giving outstanding performance and shutting up his haters. He deserves a win, seriously.

I think both Amit and Prashant have their share of limitations, one less one more and that has to do with not being professionally trained. When they learn the technicalities they'll be fine. I really missed Emon today, if there was one singer who could modulate different songs extremely well, it was Emon. And after seeing the last gala where he performed, I am sure he would have been a better performer too. Even the bulla ki jaana song would have been sung extremely well by Emon. But now all my wishes are with Amit who was the second most versatile singer and is deserving of the title based on voice quality and consistency.

😆 For me AMIT needs to work on his presentation skills and public speaking thats all. His grip on sur is fabulous. He sounds even good without any music, that is when we can say that AMIT is leagues ahead.


Prashant has to work on presentation and music skills both. He needs to work on his music. Prashant cant even sing a lighly classically based song like Yeh Hausla... from DOR and that is when he gets exposed.

If we take limitations, Prashant has more limitations.

Wow right!! And got praised by Udit, Annu and Alisha right? As for Amit, did he even try to get out of his comfort zone and try out anything other than the boring monotones? And in Mumbai concert, did you notice how completely off Amit was in his low notes?

Yes AMIt did get out of his comfor zone not once but many times..listen to the followings:
1) In Dino
2) JhoomRoo
3) GushTakh Dil
4) Yeh Desh.

And I hear he has sung Bulla Ki Janna and got standing Ovation..

AMIT is STAR material. His Voice is what makes him the STAR!!!👏

He has to be groomed and polished. Improve his public speaking...

I honestly felt Prashant sounded much much better while singing the Mast Kalander song as compared to Amit or even the Dhamaal title track that they sang with Sanjay....infact I also felt that Amits voice while singing live is quite different from the studio recorded songs.....which was not the case with Prashant tonight....he sang the mission kashmir song beautifully live too.......Amit's voice just didnt appeal to me tonight at all.....n this coming from a person whose 2nd fav after Ankita was AMIT.

Whatever you say...where we had similar favorite in Ankita, I still support AMIT. Finally both Amit and Prashant have to do Playback singing and not live concert all the time. Live shows has become just another mean of earning bread and butter for these singers these days. The strain these people are going through is definitely weakening their voices at this stage.

I have not seen the episode since not interested...will watch only tomorrow's gala.

How bad Amit sings now...I will still support him blindly...When I watched his KORA KAGAZ, I got my Kishor Kumar back...was missing him in this generation....Amit will be NEXT KISHOR KUMAR. MARK MY WORDS.

So people should think Amit should not win because he could not sing well in one live show. So we should ignore all of Amit's previous performances which were mindblowing, ignore the fact that he received praises not just from the judges but two great singers Sonu and Adnan. Or ignore the fact that he has always been consistent and not just at attempting hard songs but singing them well. Should we also ignore the fact that his voice is unique compared to everyone else or also that he performs better then his fellow competitor. Need I say more.
