Yes vote continuously on all the lines, if one is busy vote by 505252501 that is easy to get and you can vote at a time twice. They will ask you if you want to vote again press 1 then press just 1. This by mobile phone you can dial. The landline is busy so vote midnight.

SMS also not getting through. So try continuously all the choices.
