JA, AM, UN and AC have been doing these fake fights since many galas to increase ratings. Poor Emon is on the wrong side of the stick this time but I do thin he will reach the final top 2 alongwith the eventual winner (either Amit or Prashant). Sont Tv knows the trend in voting and this fight is only to generate controversey and more votes for Emon.

i relly hope ur rite....but after hearing dat i hav soo many frends in india....who r gonna stop voting for him cuz dey hav high regard n respect for javed ji's opinion... 😭

Lets put the theory of Javed saab in the forthcoming elimination of gala 11 where Emon and Prashant will be in the bottom 2 .

Javed Saab says he will choose Prashant. He says i will do so because i know that none of the people from north east has reached till here in indian idol and i would like him to move ahead. Secondly, he is a good singer and good human being. Emon on the other hand is overconfident guy as the great musician Anu Malik has said who himself is overconfident and copies most of the tunes. (here anu tries to interrupt. lekin javdesaab....) No i will not tolerate this.. I have not criticized other judges when they were commenting, I have only humiliated other judges e.g. Udit Narayan so no body should criticize me as I am the old great powerful lyricist sitting on the panel. And i have already said in last episode Emon can never be a playback singer as his voice is similar to my favorite sonu nigam with whom i have special bonding.

Anu Malik interrupts and objects on Javed Saab's opinion. Alisha also says that i am demoralized. Udit Narayan looks all of them and keeps nodding his head in agreement whoever speaks..Javed ji gets a bit angry on Anu Malik objecting on his opinion and says i will not allow anyone to object on my opinion and i will not allow anyone to say anything on this topic. Its my opinion and i have full right to express my opinion. The atmosphere turns a bit hot...

No offence mean to any of the contestants.. All three are good singers (uditji theory). May the best win. Good luck. Keep it up.

I can imagine this episode being repeated again, but I think it will be Emon and Amit in the bottom 2.

I feel really bad for emon...that was horrible! I'm really surprised JA would say something like that. I like ankita but to go to that extreme to support her is just wrong.

I hope emon proves him wrong and I'm sure he will do well in life.

don't know bout emon...but it made me cry for sure...what the hell was JA doing there?...are the judges out there to demoralize these contstants...he meant EMON is good for nothing...it is a shame that a man like JA said something like this...

I am new on this forum. I didn't read the entire thread, but I don't think that JA can be that mean. What I mean is that, Sony people probably told him to do something like that so it would increase the amount of people watching! Seriously, that's all what these Indian shows are trying to do. Remember they said that Alisha almost quit? I doubt she really wanted to quit, they just thought it would be a good idea.... 😒

Totally agree there.. I have the utmost respect for Javed ji but for the past couple of episodes, his comments towards Emon have been strictly biased and at times, uncalled for.. Especially today's comments that Emon can never be a playback singer.... C'mon now.. Nobody can predict the future and even if you think that he sounds like Sonu, u'd be surprised how many people would go all out to hire someone like Sonu @ less $$$.. At the end of the day, this is all about business and being professional in it and I didnt expect a professional writer like JA to say such things and demoralize Emon.. I am not even an avid watcher of the show, nor am I a huge fan of Emon.. but this seriously bugs me a lot... *sighs*

JA is not wrong in what he said. Emon did sing some songs really well. But his voice quality is not that good. What hero is he going to sing playback with that high pitched voice?

He CAN sing some specialty songs that require high voice. But I cant see him singing playback for macho men on the big screen.

Javed sahab ne baat sach kahi thi. But the way he said it could have been more diplomatic. I think he was upset because he knew Ankita is leaving.

We all say things we get emotional. Cut him some slack.

totally agree...

i haven't seen the show yet, but just reading about it is making me so sick.

i don't know the reason behind his comments, but i really can't think about any justification for this. if he felt emon is so bad, why didn't he said something till now? why did he always praise emon? how could he change so suddenly?

if sony people asked him to do this, then it's very un-ethical on JA's part to do that. isn't he such a big and famous person in bollywood, what is the need to do such dirty games. is it for money??? i don't know....

i feel that the succesfull people should be modest and encourage youngsters.

i don't know how JA is going to justify his comments about emon to anybody...
