Manali ...you took it wrongly...Women are free ...but we still face so many problems in villages and towns with dowrys , women exploitation. I felt it was not apt comment at the singing show, but he wanted to justify why he sees her as Indian Idol material.

I found it good and I hope people specially in villages who see this program will take this comment seriously.

yea i didnt like his comment at all...he makes it seem like women are soo oppressed....its really not that bad... 😊

Payal ...you are right..but there are still such situations in Indian villages and small towns where women are opressed for exploitation and dowrys...the comments were not apt at the singing show..but i guess he wanted to justify why he sees her Indian Idol material.

yea...but he puts ankita on such a pedestal😕 i really dont see whats so special about her😕 she ruined the second song in my opinion😊 saying the performance was good doesnt make up for the bad singing in my opinion😊 afterall it is a singing competition in the end😊 to all those who are praising her, please listen to the original if u havent😛

Her singing may not be excellent compared to others ...but at least in my opinion she was good enough today. I rate equally today..they are trying to show their strengths in their own ways. I loved all 4 today.

This is the mistake we do...we always try to compare with originals since we are so used to it. Then there is nobody is perfect this way..even Not AMIT. But since their voices are better...we like them more. In my opinion...you should never imitate original song. The way Amit sings, I like ..because he never copies. Emon did not copy Sonu today...the comment by JA was useless for him. But only thing I felt the feeling of sadness was bit of missing in his song...since he is very sweet...never seen any harshness in life...that's why.

I guess..we should never compare any song sung by these people with originals...in this way ..we are not appriciating their talents also and we are offending original singers. FINALLY PLAGIARISM IS A BIG CRIME.😃

good response...I thought JA's comment against Emon was not justified.

it's a singing competition to people who care to differentiate between sur and taal but for everyone else, it's really the complete package...the aam janta will not be voting for someone who is technically perfect, only for that person who's singing touches them the most

I think if you looked at it from an unbiased view (I mean, that you don't like or hate ankita), you would take the comment as encouraging for her and other women.

Even if I don't compare Ankita to the original, I don't think she was that great. People are making it sound like she was outstanding today, but she was just mediocre. In her performance last week, her voice sounded nice and I say this even though I am not an Ankita fan. But today she sang both songs Seekh le and Piya tu in that hrash voice of hers. I would have prefered if she sang like the way she did last week. For me Ankita was mediocre today in both songs. Without comparing her to the original, even Neha Kakkar sounded much much better in Seekh le. I was not impressed even with the Piya tu.
