they had it on so they can hear the songs that the contestants were singing properly and then judge them. 😊

maybe becoz of the cheer from audience they can't hear the singing properly....or maybe they wanna catch the slightest bit of mistake 😉

so i think the mics are attatched through the wire with that microphones so they easily hear it..

the reason they wear the headsets is so that they can listen to the songs much more clearly and pick out mistakes. Take ASVOI. In last week's episodes, Jatin pandit caught a mistake that no judge did. The mistake was a wrong word that was sung.

So therefore, they can hear much more clearly with headsets than just listening normally. Also you got remember that the competition is at such a stage that there is absolutely no room for mistakes.
