Sorry about the caps, I wanted to stress ALWAYS...😛

So yes, he was right last week with most of the comments. At least that is what many of us felt.

But does that mean he's always right? Like Alisha, he was a huge Suhit supporter. And if someone performs well (but singing poorly) Anu Malik usually praises the performance and gives credit. He is not that brutally harsh.

Ahh, its so confusing...

well...being right or wrong is relative...so i donno how one can judge if someone is absolutely right or wrong...but, anu malik is pretty vocal and he doesnt hold back his opinion (which i feel some of the judges on the show have been doing), donno whether he really means it all, or just exaggerates for TRPs...i havent always agreed with his opinions, but he prolly has some good reason for such judgements...

Most of the time, yes. The only problem is he expresses his opinion very rudely. Regarding the Suhit thing, there will always be favouritism. Can't be helped.

the thing about the bad mood it so true, sometimes when he's in a bad mood everyone seems to be in the wrong. like when he tried to kill deepali on stage, i didn't think that was a bad performance, but he was going on about how it's dead singing, felt bad for her cos she's really talented. Anyway even i think he's opinons are loud but correct most of the time.

I agree that Deepali is very talented. But I at the time also I agreed wth Anu malik, her singing didnt bring the mood of the song. Her voice didnt portray any sadness at all, it just felt like another romatic melodious song, very much in sur, but she sucked all emotions (sadness) out.

And I tend to respect Anu maliks judgements, because as a Music director he makes (or breaks) these singers. He is the one who signs them, makes them sing, decide about takes/retakes and approves of final recording. So he must know the best of all five judges about music.
