good performing bad and vice versa

harshada and richa have improved comparatively whereas shifa seems to be losing her grip, smita was not upto the mark according to the judges. however, i liked the way richa and harshada are improving, charu has that x factor, even deepali is good but her song was ok today compared to the previous one.
