Mine is a music-oriented family. Music has always been part of our life. Papa thought I was quite good at music, and told me to consider music as a career.

What I meant was that they should listen to the singing and then vote, and not based on the overall performance. Because sometimes a contestant may sing very well, but their stage performance may not be up to the mark.
