don't waste your energy because nothing will work - both have dtermined supporters and no matter even if they hackle in last gala or performed worst their suporters won't stop voting for them. so saying this whoever has more supporters will win the battle !!

Well thats just ur opinion, I think Karunya hads gr8 performances and Sandeep is just ******, Karu has a better voice and the most inportant thing for a singing show, SUR is what Karu has n sandeep doesnt..so Karunya bette win

why are u so mean? Wat do u meann Sandeep doesnt have sur? if he din have surr he wouldnt even be in this competition! Hes doing rele good! dont sayy crapp bout my Snadeep! or we gon get into sumthinn aiite

Well, they both have their own styles. Both of them enjoy while they perform, and conect to the audience. both are in sur. (believe it or not) both have great personilities.

the only thing which might not let Karnunya win is that he been talked about soooooooooooooooooooooo much. the trend so far is that. the person who is not much supported by the judges win. I don't know why. but that happened in FG, and SRGMP. don't know what happened in II 1.

well i think not. i think karu is better than sandeep anyday and in anyway. to compare their singing abilities would be like an insult to music itself. i kno this is not a classical singing sontest and it dosn't havta be a classical contest for the contestants to sing well. Indian Idol is a talent hunt. ...vaise bhi woh gayak hi kya jo sur amin na ho ( not implying anyhting abt sandeep.... just that som1 said sur was not important) if u see performance, karunya is not bad either in fact not bad at all. sandy has a nice voice but phuleez he still hasn't detached himself fromudit narayans voice.... nto that its his fault that he is nto very versatile. gimme a gud reason y the industry will want sandy when they already hav a udit so i see his chances in playback as quite slim. sandeep gets a lotta votes cuz his fans probably vote more agressively and that understandable cuz they ovbiously care about anything but singing.

Well technically he gt in the galas purely because of public voting...and nt every in the janta knws wat sur is...so ....take no offence i mean i think sandeep is great too but at the end of the day its your singing that counts and thats where karunya beats sandeep!

Well its not only a singing competition bcos they are looking for a package. When I spend 1000's of Rupees to go and see a stage show I am just not going to listen to someone hold the mike and sing a beautiful song.......Well lets take a classical example of Sonu Nigam itself, why is he adored more than any other singer of this era(others being abhijeet, kumar sanu,shaan,udit narayan,babul supriyo, rathore etc)...plain and simple he has a great voice but there are the feel good looks and excellent performance backing it. Others mentioned above are no else if not better. So saying that Karunya should win just bcos he is a trained singer and has great sur....sorry does not work.

I think Sandeep has a good voice and appealling personality and will definetly be the next Indian Idol 👏

Karunya's excellence in sur and immense training is an addition to the fact that he's an excellent performer (no offense to Sandeep but all he does is stand and move his hands), is energetic on the stage, has great stage presence and a lot of DUM in his voice (as opposed to Sandeep who lacks that extra punch). No doubt that Sandeep would make a good playback singer which is also the opinion of the music fraternity but not a good stage performer. This is just like how Udit Narayan is not as appealing on stage as maybe Sukhvinder or Shankar Mahadevan who have better stage presence and are more energetic on the stage. So honestly I think Karunya would fare better as an IDOL who will be able to represent India with his powerful singing and energetic performances.

Sandeep is extremely repetitive on stage. He is very awkward - tripping etc. He is banking on his innocence and simpleton factors now, but in the future that can wear out. People will really want substance - SINGING.

Karunya is a natural on stage, as seen in the Delhi performance. He plays nicely to the crowd and of course - stays in SUR, which can be difficult in a stage show.
