I am neither a fan of Anuj/Sandeep nor Karunya. I just expressed what i felt. I am not a member of ANY fan club here.

Karunya stuck to the sukhvinfer formula wit hte exception of the last 2 galas. Hes good at what he does and is clever.

Amey was an honest singer, but definitely did not deserve to get rated below anuj, whose deadpan expressions and performances leave a sour taste. However, I was pretty impressed with his efforts in the last gala, and thought he deserved much more praise from the judges. So did Sandeep.
Sonu now has been showing his partiality towards Karunya for way too long now. Its high time he realised that hes a judge and not there to support one contestant throughout. If so, he should just recede into the public and show his support by voting. Not on the judges chair.
Same applies to Anu malik as well. Farah tries her best to be neutral, in spite of which she comes in for some flak.
Sonu, however puts down the other two even before they perform. Irrespective of their performance, he seems to reserve his praise only for karunya. Agreed he is the better singer, but being a judge, does not mean ytou extend unabashed support to one contestant. Or if you do want to, do it offscreen!

I so do sincerely hope that Sandeep wins Indian Idol. 2 reasons. 1. I want to see the look on Sonu and Anu's faces. 2. They might get in more neutral, less eccentric judges(not himesh!). Someone like a hariharan, or an AR Rahman would be wonderful.

do u remember sonu walking out when amey was voted out,altho i hated him for doing that.If sonu is partial than yes he was so partial that he could walk out that day forgetting that all the contestants are the same for him.I see u complaing about his praising karunya but not for the walkout that he did for amey which will probably be the highlight of the II contest this year.How convinient.how can u even say that he has been partial only towards karunya😕

Have you seen sonu praising any other contestant to the skies? have u seen sonu appluad someone irrespective of what he sings and make sure he critices the others even though they have put in a good effort.
For facts, the entire walkout thing was just a scripted ploy. Please don be so naive as to fall for such a meek and feeble attempt at gaining attention. Sonu comparing karunya with Amey. That was thee height! sigh..

alright i am a karu fan as well so i think i can take care of this!!!

lets look it this way........karu is a diamond ..every one knows that....and he has proved this fact frm time to time........karu is very young and he needs to learn many lessons...even though he is tooo good at singing he has more to learn.....

amey has been learning all those stuffs for 16 years and has been teaching childrens how to sing....he showed his talent at saregamapa when he stood second at the age of 19.....and that is the age of karu right now

so according to me both are equally talented but amey being oldest has some advantages of life experiences and singing as well....

Ummm I think both are very well trained in classical singing and both have diff stayles, so teher is no comparision.

first of all, I don't think amey OR karunya are overrated (how in the world is karu overrated???)

secondly, you can't really compare them (at least for me)...they sing very differently

hi ,no one is online.it is a fact that this club has become slow since amey has gone.all i can say is amey 's name is taken in every episode after his getting voted out,by the judges karu and others...his loss is felt by all in the show and in this forum.

I may be wrong but I feel karu is similar in singing style to amit sana and ,ameya mix of rahul and abhi.IF amit sang abhi's songs and abhi were to sing amit sana's.would the effect have beeen the same?each person has their unique style and stengths . cant compare.😊
