Now we the pioneers of this club, mans,fahadeng and Buff officially invite you to join and participate in this club!!!....side note...as many have felt that this is not a debate but its an assignment for the nofan members, i have scrapped the idea that the fan club members can defend here.....thanks mans and fahadang for your co-operation😃😉

ASSIGNMENT #1

Write in about 10 lines, why Ravi should not win the Indian Idol title?

Guidelines and Disclaimer

• We the founders(a ka mans, buffie and Fahadang) will not be held responsible if in case any there are any fights/heated arguments
• Stick to topic...It would be highly appreciated if you'll do not turn this into a chat thread/fight thread
• The assignment is to sum up in 10 lines why Ravi must not be the idol......replies which defend ravi/explain as to why he must become the idol will be straightaway trashed
• 10 lines or a maximum of 200 words
• NO VULGAR LANGUAGE/PERSONAL ATTACKS/UNAUTHENTIC CLAIMS
• One entry per person
• Deadline:All the entries must be sent in before the 19th of February 12:00 PM IST

What will be the reward of these Assignments?

The winner of each assignment will be decided by me, fahadang and mans....and the winner will be honoured by the title NO RAVI FAN CLUB'S "BABU"....Babu is a word used for gentleman in Ravi Tripathi's native language 😃

In this way, we'll have 3 assignments and 3 winners of BABU titles.....

Some India-forums members are requesting us so that they can participate in this club, so here we go.........but sadly, this is a nofan club people who dont like ravi are the members......moderate bashing is fine and the moderate bashers are the quintessential NOFAn members😉.so it would be really ridiculous if we allow the fans of ravi to defend him here..youll can defend him as much as you'll want in the fan club..not in this club....thanks again fellow members and portfolio holders for your co-operation.....no ravi defending here

Chalo...lemme reply first.......and yes, this is a nofan club and come of us do not hate him...but but but you cannot be the member of the both the clubs kacchori....if you wanna join this club, then bid adieu to that club or vice versa...no one can be a member of his fan club and his nofan club

a)He is not a good singer

b)He ruins songs which is reprehensible😡

c)ravi has no versatility

d)Overnight he cannot transmogrify

e) he is maybe trying hard but i see no signs of improvement

f)too nasal

g)No X factor and is a bad performer

h) repeating myself again,he does not show any signs on IMPROVMENT whatsoever....

i)It will be a NATIONAL SHAME if he becomes the idol

h)Obviously..again he is not a good singer

lovlina, i am really fond of you and all that but stick to topic and please complete your assignment ASAP

1. He gives this bechara look....its like people who are observing him might give votes out of sympathy.
2. Something lacking in his songs or the way he sings.....josh..fun...masti...something lacking.
3. He doesnt appear to enjoy the songs. Although he keeps a smile on his face but it appears as though he is putting an effort to song...not singing from the heart with enjoyment.
4. He needs to work on the pronunciation.
5. There are better singers and performers than him who don't deserve to go out of the compitition while he doesn't even land up in the bottom 3.
6. Both he and Amey have the same guru...but too much of difference between them in terms of singing. Inpsite of that he gets to be safe and poor Amey stands in the bottom 3.
7. Everytime the judges are rude, he is extra polite to them....that might make some viewers vote all the more for him.
8. His songs dont make me happy.
9. He might be a great human but when it comes to singing...i dont like him.

He sings with his mouth closed He is not passionate abt music He wants to bcom singer bcoz he thinks its cool He cant feel music He maked Jiya dharak dharak jaye sound BAD!!! totally ruined my fav song! He sings badly...... Neither he can sing nor he can perform This time I wanna buy Indian Idol winner's CD if he wins i wont buy Amey/Meenal/Karu/Antara deserves the place more than him

Ravi Tripathy should be voted out first and foremost because he is sub standard material, one of those singers who if you hear, you will most likely wanna fwd the song if possible or walk away to attend to pending chores after muting your television. To top that of he has a killer attitude of stressing FALSE claims that he has shown improvement in every round...NO!!!!! He has not. And lastly he is THE ONLY one who does not seem to have any connection/friendship with the other contestants. His first reaction, when he is safe, (like at the time when saagar left) is to jump with joy ignoring the feelings of the one who has lost. His agenda is not to improve but to WIN WIN AND WIN!!!!. He may have left his medical CARRIER for singing which he can pursue as a hobby but he is defnitley NOT indian idol material at all.

i think ravi shud not be the indian idol bcoz:

1) the contest in which he is participatin in has much much better n more deservin candidates than him

2)to be indial idol i think u require certain singin criterias nd his singing doesnt strike ne chord watsoever not jus soulful or touchin enuff

3)as mentioned above bout certain criterias well other than singin he wud be representin india all over nd i don think he wud b appropriate for that coz u don want such a singer to represent indias singin to the world n cant sing all type songs

4)i don think he has the persona or aura bout him to carry off such a title with grace n authority

5)as sonu nigam once sed an idol hu doesnt sing so well cannot remain an idol for long so wats the point of makin sumone an idol if ur gonna boo him later that wud be much more hurtful seeing adulation turn to indifference

6)he alwez speaks bout improvement n much differnece cant b sed at such a time of competition there shud b no such talk or dispute bout "improvements" u hav to b of the level where ur already gud n he himself acknowledges dat he needs improvement. u don hear judges tellin the gud singer to "improve" coz they already rock!!!!

7)mostly it seems a majority of non-resident indians don like him even tho indian audience is sumhow votin for him so shows abroad wud b a flop resultin in loss of money n him feelin disheartened

8)an idol shud b an indisputed idol sumone everyone respects as a singer nd hu everyone likes n appreciates there shud b a general likeness not sayin everyone will b a die-hard fan nd with him there will always b sum controversy n disputes over whether he deservd it

9)i don think he wud b able to really rock ne show i mean come on he doesnt really hav that "all round" charm bout him

10)sony wud incur losses coz the album wudnt sell well n they mite discard the whole indian idol deprivin future talented singers frm comin up

i hope thats reason enuff.....kachori i hope now u see some quality,productive work goin around nd i really hope i win 😳
