This message for the above writer.Well PRAJAKTA ,S voice quality is differant from RITU.as well as from ANTRA.
RITU has lot better range coverage & variation what we asy in MUSIC is highly possible with that kind of voice.
If ANU MALLIK offers her a song or no, the fact is RITU is an excellent singer.No boubt about it.

After hearing some of the TOP 6 girl singers in yesterday,s (1/11/2006)INDIAN IDOL2 evening I think RITU was far better than most of them.

definitely.. their voice quality is diff,.. abt the rest.... i repect ur opinion.. cant say i agree thou.. anywyas i dont get y this topic is being continued... it is time tht will tell.... u dun have to worry for her or her future...... and mark my words... soon enough u ll understand tht its nt a feasible or a tangible idea...to make each n every person get a playback song.. or even a certain percent of the amatuer singers for tht matter.. we will see anyways ... if wat u have faith in comes true them good on u n ritu.... i just believe in the reality of the situation....

DEfinitely she is good... bt listen india is a place where in every 5 ppl u can find one who can sing or dance...artistic talent is abundant in india.....the thing is.. how many music directors r there .. how many r ready to experiment with new singers... and how many songs in a certain album can be given to a new singer.....and one song is not enough... u shud get at least 5 songs a yr to actually call urself a part of the music industry... i read a review once which sed tht music directors were pretty skeptical abt abhijeets success in the music industry.. abhijeet some one who received so much idolation still isnt considered to be good enough..then who is ritu?..i m sorry bt yes she has talent.. it just depends on how far she goes....and can go 4 tht matter.. i understand u lyk her ....bt nt everyone is jassi, nt everyone is abhijeet sawant, nt everylone is amit sana, nt everyoone is irfan pathan....in these kinda jobs its a winner take all situation....there is too little scope....u can find thousands of engineers in india... bt how many singers.. i mean A grade singers ... nt more than 30..(tht toomaking one's outlook of A grade broad).. u find thousands of chartered accountants ijn india.... bt how many cricketers... 20...???.. and tell me how many ppl can play cricket in india?... a million... 2 million????..now, how many can sing??... a few lakhs or perhapos more....wat makes u so sure ritu can come into the top 20 in the whole of india... or for tht matter even get an opportunity to be able to do so.. chnces r very less....

I admit i m criticising her bt honestly aim for wat u can achieve....

And pls dont even get into mordenising india......thts a different issue altogther.... i may nt live in india.....,... bt trust me mordenization is nt sumthing easy.. n esp with such a vast population.. first thing to do is education....to alleviate poverty .. encouraging few singers here n there is gonna do no good... more than 80% of india is indulged in agriculture n mostly they use old n traditional methods in ploughing, irrigation.. etc.

I m sry bt encouraging ritu or anatara is so nt gonna do any common good.....maybe to their families... bt yes, wat abt the other millions of ppl...??

You have answered everything I wanted to say.YES EVERYBODY HAS TO START FROM SOMEWHERE.

How many SACHINS r there ONLY 1, HOW many IRFAANS r there ONLY 1.,How many SONU NIGSMS r there ONLY 1. How they became famous?.They started somewhere and became suucessful.They were very confidant of thier ability so is RITU She knew exactly what she can deliver on that platform & she proved it.She needed a start somewhere.It is not about a person called RITU.It is about RITU KIND OF KIDS.

Same logic holds for singers LIKE RITU PATHAK,JAVED KHAN,ANUJ who have really given thier best 100% in the PIANO round .How many RITUs r there from GOPALGANJ ,ONLY 1, a place I dont think even the next big STATES even knew about it.Today I came to know there is a place called " GOPALGANJ & there is a good talented singer from a poor family called RITU.

I honestly feel ,purely based on the talent RITU DESERVED THE PLACE IN THE GALA,.😊

thts the way it is buddy.. ppl just dont show an inclination towards sum ppl.....u need to have an attractive personality.....or more lyk a persoanlity which ppl lyk.. if a person lyk shamit or arpita cried in FG ppl got annoyed.... bt once qazi cried ....n rupu cried.... they were lyk oh those poor darlings.. y?... think 4 urself...ppl r prejudiced n u cant change tht....

for ur information qazi and rupu hardly ever cried.arpita cried at each and every thing,when someone was saved,when someone was the top student when someone was praised,she cried.shamit also cried a lot but it was more for genuine reasons unlike arpita and the public saw through her crocodile tears.

if qazi had to use crying as a weapon he could have done it so easily because he had every reason to cry the way he was abused by the fellow contestants and the faculty😡😡.But he chose not to cry and face it.
