Why was the voting cut off shifted to 8 AM the very next day ?

Why was the previous Gala voting cut off extended for the full week ?

someone in SONY was trying to capitalize on voting patterns and timing spreads it seems.

The first one seems to have backfired when Naushad was eliminated.

This time they seem to have got what they wanted. They obviously wanted Bhoomi in the top 5 ...................

I think TIA sang better than Bhoomi.......

I think Shreeram sang better than Rakesh but how can you give 3 bikes to the same guy ?

What a pity they have not give a bike to Swaroop inspite of 2 exceptional performances - Pritam episode and Hema Malini episode.

I think Swaroop Khan will derive the maximum benifit from this whole show ultimately which will be well deserved.

Shreeram has already sung in Telgu movies........so nothing new for him except that he may win this show.

Shivam I don't know.....Bhoomi will probably end up in II6 in a spotters role like Ankita.

TIA - I am happy to see her go and I am sad to see her go. Happy because she will not have to bear the humiliation from the judges anymore. Sad because the sweetest voice on II5 will no longer be - she was not all that bad as she was painted by the judges.

Come on she was bad, sweet voice?? most kids have but it needs more than to be here at this stage.

I am very happy to see Tia go. And the II5 producers must be happy too! Finally their show's credibility will go up a bit! Tia was a hopeless singer. And by that I mean she has no hope of becoming a pro recording artist. Which MD will choose her to sing for them? Sure she has a sweet voice but there are much better voices out there in the filmi singing circuit.

As for bhoomi - well Salim likes her and believes she's 'proven herself'. So maybe there is some hope that she will get some work thanks to her 'unique' voice.

Out of the other singers, I agree that the most gain from this season will be for Swaroop!

she was consistently performing weaker wen compared to others ,so it may be genuine elimination .

And coming back to fixed/nonfixed - I think there is no chance that any vote rigging happened. But the motive behind changing voting cutoffs could be to oust Tia/Bhoomi...

Perhaps Tia fans realised that it's better to let her leVe the competition than suffer humiliation every week. 😕

Just changing the format of voting once for a full week doesn't mean that it will continue to be like that. This time the usual pattern followed. Voting lines closed after one day, which is reasonable enough. Not everybody votes, and those ardent fans who do vote, for them, even one day is enough. So, I don't think there is anything manipulative here. Besides, this elimination had to happen one day or the other, Tia did not improve in spite of being given consistent chances.

Even if the show is fixed...I am happy they did it.
